Excellent products
As far as bags qualities,finishing,styles ,colors are concerned ,finest store of country.I didn't buy anything in recent days.I have wonderful collections of bags with latest designs and colors from this store since last six years.That is fine.
I always write my verdict at the end of year for all online shopping companies.Either positive semi positive or fully negative being a regular customer.
I am of different nature customer if products what I booked delivered same without fault ,even little late I do not mind but anything goes wrong from management side I can't ignore.
More then two occasions I found packing quality issue below normal standard but that was not my concerned ,if product damaged due to worst packing you will be responsible for that.
So thanks ,I am alright this year with this suggestions please improve packing standard .Online shopping experience
I gotta say, my online shopping experience was way better than I expected. The website was super easy to use, helped me find exactly what I needed without any hassle. Coach pillow tabby 26 purchase
I just bought something from this online store for the first time. I got the Coach pillow tabby 26 that I've been wanting for a while. The price was incredible - I saved over £200 from the original price. I went for next day delivery because I couldn't wait to get my bag. But when I got it, I noticed there was no tag on it like in the picture. Even with that little issue, I'm happy with my purchase and would definitely shop here again.

I got this bag for a really important event I'm going to, but when it came, there were marks on the strap that messed up the whole look. I contacted customer service right away, but they took forever to respond. I mean, why are you ignoring me? Eventually, they said I could send it back, but instead of offering a replacement, they just said I'd get a refund. I needed a new bag for my event right away and now it's too late. That's not cool at all.

Drawstring Backpack
I bought a drawstring backpack from this company not too long ago and let me tell you, their customer service was a letdown. I reached out to them about a problem with my order and they told me someone would get back to me in 3-5 business days. Well, a month went by and I had talked to a bunch of different people before a manager finally got in touch to explain what was going on. But then, when I tried to keep the conversation going, they straight up stopped replying. It was definitely not the best experience.
Faulty bag purchase
I recently bought a bag from this website and man, was it a letdown. The second that bag landed on my doorstep, I could tell something was off. And let me tell you, dealing with their customer service team for the past three weeks has been a nightmare. Those folks on the other end of the line? Total robots. It's been a total drag, and I am not excited about having to go through all this again.
Replica bags, lack of cancellation option, poor customer service
I recently bought a bag from this company, hoping to get a good deal on a nice quality bag. But man, was I disappointed when I got a fake bag instead of the real deal I ordered. And to top it off, there's no way to cancel the order or return it on their website. They expect us to hit them up on Instagram or even fax them, like who uses faxes these days? It's ridiculous. How can a company not have a plain old email address for customer questions? It's mind-blowing. And when I tried to get help, all I got was useless responses and the same boring info over and over. This kind of customer service just doesn't cut it.
Long wait for return processing
I just returned something, but it's been stuck in the warehouse for a whole week and no one can find it. I've tried talking to two different managers, but nothing's changed. It's really annoying and frustrating how no one seems to be communicating or following through on this.
