Nasal dilator
I have chronic sinusitis, and when I lay down it makes my congestion worse, which really blocks up my nose. I've tried out a bunch of stuff to help me breathe better, like those strips you put on your nose and those little doodads that go inside, but I always ran into problems like skin irritation or the strips not sticking right, or the internal thingies being uncomfortable and giving me sore spots. But then I tried Nozovent, and let me tell you, it's been a total game-changer. It opens up my nasal passages like a dream without any discomfort or irritation. I've been using it for years now, and I can't even think about going back to some other product.

Hair and scalp treatment purchase
The hair treatment I got was a mess when it showed up because it wasn't packed well. The cover was cracked, the bottom was all bashed in, and the product was even smeared in the box. It didn't have any bubble wrap or padding to keep it safe during shipping. Really bummed out about it since I was excited to try it, now I have to deal with the big mess it came in.
Quantity discrepancy
I just bought 8 items, but I only got 1 in the package. Super annoying and inconvenient since I stocked up to avoid running out anytime soon. Noticed the mistake, called and emailed customer service right away. Glad they responded and are fixing the problem. Can't wait to hear back from them and I'll update this review once everything's all good.
Super expensive orders
I ordered a bunch of stuff that was supposed to be around $2000, and guess what? I never got any of it! Can you believe that? I even tried to reach out to them, but they didn't even bother to respond. It feels like they just took my money and bounced. Ugh, I wouldn't trust them - they're a bunch of big, fat cheaters!
