I've been using MYXfitness for the past few months and overall I'm really happy with my experience. The online platform is user-friendly and easy to navigate, which made it simple for me to find the perfect workout routine to fit my needs.

I recently got this awesome bike and I'm so pumped about it! It's a collaboration with a fitness company and it's amazing. I had a small issue with the speed controls, but the customer service was excellent and they helped me fix it quickly. The tech guy was really friendly and made sure I understood everything.
Myxfitness Bike
I tried out Myxfitness hoping for a cheaper option than other expensive brands. The bike is good quality and the workouts are decent, though not as diverse as other choices. But I was really let down by their tech and customer service. The platform had too many bugs that made it hard to enjoy my workouts, like issues connecting my HR monitor and headphones. Sometimes the sound randomly changed or the system just wouldn't work at all. When I contacted customer service for help, they weren't very helpful. It took several tries to get any response, and even then, it wasn't very satisfying. It's frustrating to spend money on something that's supposed to improve your workouts, only to end up more stressed trying to make it work.
Indoor bike purchase
I messed up by buying an indoor bike from this company. I felt like I had to get it when the pandemic was at its worst, thinking I needed something at home to keep biking. The bike itself is just ok, nothing amazing. The company says it's cheaper than other options, but now the monthly subscription cost went up from $29 to $39. The screen that comes with the bike is only good for their videos, which aren't that great. The trainers are fine, but the workouts feel too rigid and impersonal. Their customer service is lacking, and dealing with problems is a hassle. I wish I hadn't fallen for their advertising. I should have splurged on a better bike from a different company and used different streaming services for less money.
