I recently bought an oversized sweater and was pretty happy with it. It got to me quickly, even though I ordered it in November, which probably helped. But when I tried on the size large I had ordered, it seemed smaller than I thought it would be. I decided to keep it anyway and wear it a bit big on me. My boyfriend ended up wearing it too, but it was too small for him as well. Now I'm not sure about ordering another one in a different size because I've seen others mention that the sizes can be off and returning it might be a hassle.
Cashmere sweater purchase
That cashmere sweater I bought was amazing! I heard about it from a friend and thought, why not give it a shot? And let me tell you, it did not disappoint. It's got the perfect weight, fits like a glove, and the fabric against my skin feels so luxurious. I was so happy with my first one that I had to go back for more. But when I tried to order more colors, they were all sold out. Bummer. The good news is, their customer service was top-notch. They really went out of their way to make sure my second order went without a hitch.
Sweatshirts, pants, cardigans, sweaters
I've bought a bunch of stuff from this company - like 7 sweatshirts, 7 pants, 3 cardigans, and even a $75 sweater. Overall, it's been a good experience. One time during the holidays, I did have a problem with a damaged item, but they took care of it right away by giving me a refund and letting me keep the damaged item. They also adjusted the prices of some of my previous purchases to match their current sale prices. Despite some bad reviews, I've had a good personal experience with this company.
Cashmere sweater
I just bought a cashmere sweater from this company. Unfortunately, I had some problems with the delivery and customer service. They sent me an email saying my package was delivered, but I couldn't track it. I tried to contact customer service, but didn't hear back. They didn't offer a replacement, refund, or any other solution to the issue.
Cashmere purchase
I gotta say, I'm really bummed out about the cashmere stuff I bought from your store. I did everything the care instructions said, but the cashmere is pilling, breaking, and losing shape way too easily. It's seriously affecting the quality and durability of the products, so basically they're not worth the money. Honestly, I wouldn't suggest buying any cashmere items from your store because of these problems.
Double XL Cashmere Sweater
I gotta say, I had a really good experience with this product despite what some reviews might say. I get being wary of negative feedback, but I went for it and got myself a double XL cashmere sweater. Let me tell you, the quality was top-notch and the fit and feel were perfect. Cashmere hoodie purchase
I'm not usually one to wear a lot of cashmere, but I gotta say, I was totally impressed by this cashmere hoodie I got from here. It was super soft and had a really chill vibe, unlike other cashmere hoodies I've seen. The quality was top-notch and I felt really comfy and stylish in it. After this great experience, I'm definitely thinking about adding more cashmere pieces to my wardrobe in the future.
Christmas sweater
I tried to order this awesome Christmas sweater for my bestie, right? I ordered it early, thinking I was being super organized. But nope, it was a mess! It took forever to even ship, like come on, get it together! And when I finally contacted them, they said "oops, it's still here" like, what?! So I had to ask for a refund, who knows if they could even get it right. Do they even know how to ship things properly?! I'm so frustrated, it's Christmas, my friend needs that sweater!
Sweater purchase
The shipping prices from this company are way too high. I tried to buy a sweater the other day and the shipping cost more than the sweater itself! It's crazy to make customers shell out that much money just to get their order. There are plenty of other companies with way better shipping rates, so there's really no reason for this company to be ripping people off like that. They're clearly more concerned about making money than keeping their customers happy, and that's not a good look.
$98 sweater purchase
The $98 sweater I bought turned out to be a total letdown. Even though it seemed like a good deal, the quality was just not there. It started pilling after only a few times wearing it. I've gotten department store sweaters for the same price that lasted much longer. I wouldn't suggest getting this one.
Zip up hoodie for my son
I got my son a zip-up hoodie in a size large, but it was way too small! The sleeves barely reached his elbows and the back was shorter than the front. I tried to send it back, but they said no returns. Not cool! I think they should refund my money, but I'm still waiting to hear back.

My experience with this company was super disappointing. I ordered a cashmere sweater and not only did they mess up my order multiple times, but they also told me they ran out of stock for the item I wanted. I signed up for in-stock alerts and had to get daily email ads, but the item never came back. The lack of communication and organization makes me wonder if this company is even legit.
Birthday gift sweater
I ordered a sweater for my daughter-in-law's birthday and couldn't wait for her to get it. When she sent me a picture, I noticed the price tag was still on! Seriously, I paid more than that! Not cool. She said she liked it, so that's a relief, but it's still not cool.
Sweater return issue
I'm really disappointed with my recent experience with this company. So I bought a sweater in the wrong size and tried to return it within the specified time frame like it said on the website. But even when I tried emailing customer service multiple times, I got no response. There wasn't even a phone number I could call to talk to anyone, which made me feel frustrated and stuck. I ended up shipping the sweater back anyway, and made sure to have proof of delivery, but still didn't hear anything from the company. It wasn't until I had to dispute the charge with my credit card company that the problem finally got fixed, but it took a frustrating four months. This whole mess has completely changed my view of the brand. I used to be a happy customer who bought all kinds of stuff from them, but now I'm not so sure.
Cashmere sweater and scarf
I got this cashmere sweater and scarf and they're not too bad, definitely worth the price. But man, the customer service is just awful. I ordered these things for Christmas and they still haven't even shipped. I've tried contacting them several times to check on my order, but all they send me are these generic, useless replies. It feels like they're not even trying to help me out or fix the problem. This whole lack of communication and support has me feeling so annoyed and let down.
Unresponsive customer service
I had a really bad experience with this company. So, I made an order on Nov 28, but I still haven't gotten my shipment. I called up DHL, and they said they never even got the item. I've been trying to get in touch over email, but all I get back are useless responses. And when I tried to send back the item, the website messed up and said I couldn't. So yeah, I basically paid for something I never got. It's just not right.
