Mixed feelings about Natalist's customer service
I've been using Natalist for a few months now and overall, I'm pretty pleased with the company. They offer a wide range of products for those trying to conceive, from ovulation tests to prenatal vitamins. The website is easy to navigate and the ordering process is straightforward.
One thing I appreciate about Natalist is their commitment to transparency. They list all of the ingredients in their products and provide information about the research behind them. I also like that they offer a subscription service for their ovulation tests, so I never run out.
My only complaint is that their shipping can be a bit slow. I've had to wait a week or more for my orders to arrive. But, the wait is worth it for the convenience of not having to go to a physical store.
In terms of pricing, I think Natalist is on par with similar companies. Their products aren't the cheapest, but they're not exorbitantly priced either. And, you're paying for the convenience of having things delivered to your door.
All in all, I would recommend Natalist to others. They have a great selection of products and seem to be a reliable, trustworthy company.
