Excellent products
Great collections of useful items .Auto Charge Powder Dispenser , even I don't had idea about equipment .Accuracy is a plus point .Scale capacity 1000 grains.Earlier i had seen calibration difficulties in some electrical and digital weighing equipments in factories,how technician find it as a puzzle.
How easy to use and set up within no time.My first experience with NSS ,else still working in traditional style ,time killing job.Later searched for Hornady what they other products manufacture for similar usages .It's a brand ,know to every users . Can't say cost of this equipment is on higher side, as no similar product I could find.
I should thankful to NSS for bringing this product in notice.Bulk ammo purchase
This store has awesome prices and a really good variety of products, even when there are supply shortages going on. I found the bulk ammo I needed without a problem. The only bummer was that shipping took a little longer than I thought, but it had to travel pretty far so I get it. All in all, I was happy with what I bought and will probably come back again.
Drum magazine purchase
I ordered a drum magazine and when it arrived, it was a chewed-up mess. I had to pay to ship it back and then fight to get my money back. Customer service even admitted that they don't bother checking their products before they ship them out and it's nearly impossible to get in touch with them.
Ammunition
Ammunition was ordered from Natchez and a badly re-taped damaged box arrived with bullets pouring out of the box onto the street, driveway and lawn, causing a significant safety issue for the neighborhood. The shipment was missing over 400 items. This being my first order with Natchez, I offered several options – replace the missing items, refund the money for the missing items or offer credit on a future order. Natchez wrote back and apologized for the inconvenience and stated the information has been forwarded to our customer service department and to allow them 2-3 business days to address your concern. One (1) week later, I called again and Natchez indicated they were unaware of the situation and to write to customer service, which I had already done. Natchez does not stand by their products, have quality control or assurance, know how to ship or package ammunition nor has trust-worthy customer service. The buyer has been warned – shop elsewhere!
