    Loved their chinos

    I bought few chinos from here. They were top-notch quality, good prices, not cheap but really good. I have few brand preferences so apparently found myself here looking for those.
    I saw lot of variety on their website like t-shirts and all. I might check their other products I haven;t looked.
    I recently ordered another chino and one hat, that I loved. They do have some great classic collection to go for.
    I highly recommend people to check out and find themself some really sophisticated quality stuff.
    I got my stuff in 8 days as far I remember and second time in 6 days. They were well-packed and extremely good quality.

    Hoodie from an online retailer

    I bought a hoodie from a brand I didn't know before from an online store, and man, I gotta tell you, it was way better than I expected! The material was super thick and felt fancy, keeping me nice and cozy. The fit was just right and the design was cool and also useful. It's clear they really put effort into making this hoodie top-notch with all the little details and craftsmanship. It's definitely a standout piece in my closet now. I'm really happy with my purchase and I'd totally buy from this brand again.

    The sales associate at this store really made my shopping experience so much better. She was super friendly and welcoming, unlike others in the stores I went to.     Faulty Order Processing

    My experience with your website was so frustrating. I tried to buy something with a gift card, but got an error message saying my order couldn't go through. Then my gift card funds were taken with no reason why, and the customer service was not helpful at all. I asked for a refund a bunch of times, but all I got was an SR and no solution. Every time I asked for an update, they said my request was still being worked on. I'm really let down by this whole situation and won't be coming back as a customer.

    In my recent experience, I bought some clothes from this store and honestly, it was a mess. First off, my delivery was delayed, which was a bummer because I was excited to get my stuff. Then, when I tried to get in touch with customer service to check on my order, they were pretty useless. One time, they even hung up on me! The lack of communication was super annoying, I had to call a bunch of times just to get answers. In the end, dealing with this store was not great and I really hope they step up their game in the future.

    Father's Day watch

    I ordered a watch for Father's Day back on June 1st, and it's still stuck on "order processing" status. I've reached out to customer service several times, but all I get is the same excuse. Despite their big Father's Day sale, they can't manage to deliver an order placed well in advance for the occasion. I made it clear that I needed it by Father's Day, but all they said was, "sorry, I understand." Stay away from this place, they're selling stuff they don't even have. They blame their suppliers, but as a customer ordering from their own site, I expected more.

    Oversized lounge jacket

    I bought a lounge jacket in XL size but it was too big for me. I was bummed that I have to pay to ship it back and wasn't sure where to bring it to a store. They also told me to make a whole new order if I wanted a different size, which seemed like a lot of work. Next time, I'll just get Nautica stuff from Walmart or Amazon for an easier shopping time.

    Nantucket green T-SHIRT

    I recently bought a Nantucket green T-SHIRT online, but when it came, I got a lime green one instead. The colors were totally different and it was a letdown. I contacted customer service about the mix-up and wasn't happy with how the supervisor, Joanne, handled it. She said the colors were the same and blamed it on computer contrast. I even sent a photo of both shirts to show the difference. I've bought a lot of stuff online before, but this experience was disappointing.

    My first experience with this company was a total disaster. I wanted to return something I bought, but they told me I had to pay for shipping through FedEx or UPS, which was even more than what I paid for the item. It's crazy to ask customers to fork over so much for a $14 item. The customer service was terrible and the whole thing just left a bad impression. I wouldn't suggest anyone shop there.

    False Advertising Promotion

    I tried to use the 20% off deal for orders over $150 that I saw in an ad. But when I went to use it, I found out that it didn't work on any sale or clearance items, which were most of the store's stuff. I talked to a manager about it, but I didn't get any help or fix. This false advertising not only wasted my time but also made me feel tricked and annoyed. Promotions should be clear so customers aren't misled and don't waste their time.

    Swim trunks and a polo shirt

    I recently bought a pair of swim trunks and a polo shirt from this company, and let me tell you, it was a total nightmare. The whole process of placing the order was a disaster, their website kept having technical issues that made it super hard to actually buy anything. And even after I finally got my order through, I had problems with getting the confirmation email on time. The customer service was just awful, I had to talk to people from a different country who were really struggling with English. It made me wonder if they even understood what I was saying, let alone fixing the problem. Plus, the prices were way too high for the low quality of the stuff I got. And to make things worse, shipping took way longer than I expected, which just made me even more annoyed. All in all, my experience with this company was really bad, and I don't think I'll be shopping there again.

    These hiking shoes were totally not worth the money, dude. As soon as I slipped them on, the insole just crumbled under my weight and made them super uncomfortable. The quality? Trash. I wouldn't even wear them in my backyard, never mind out on a hike. Stay far away from these shoes, they're a total waste.

    The store management I dealt with was pretty disappointing. It seemed like they didn't really appreciate the suggestions of their designers, choosing to overlook their expertise and instead going with someone who didn't seem to get the brand. You could tell there was a big gap between the decision-makers and the creative minds who came up with the designs. I saw a similar thing happen where someone who was more into following trends instead of understanding the brand got more attention than someone who really loved fashion. It was sad to see that the higher-ups weren't open to new ideas and different viewpoints that could actually help the brand. I walked out of the store feeling like they were missing out on some good ideas and chances to grow.

    Recent online clothing purchase

    I'm just gonna say, my first time shopping online with this brand was a letdown. I've been buying their clothes at stores for a while now, but setting up a new account and trying to check out on their website was a real pain in the neck. Then, when my order came, one of the things didn't fit right. I checked out their return policy, and man, it was so confusing. I didn't feel like dealing with all that, so I just gave the item as a gift. Next time, I'm gonna check out some other brands that make it easier for customers and have simpler shopping experiences.
