Hooded Sweatshirt Purchase
The customer service at this company is amazing! I had a problem with my order of hoodies, but the customer service rep I spoke with, Adiel, was super helpful and got everything sorted out quickly. Even though there was a small issue with a pocket being off-center after printing, Adiel took care of it right away. I'm really impressed with the great service and I'll definitely be coming back as a customer.
Quick and efficient return process
I was super impressed with the customer service at this company. Adiel, the customer service rep, got back to me right away about my return and made the whole thing super quick and easy. Unlike some other places that take forever with returns, this company really showed they care about their customers. Thanks a lot, Adiel, for all your help and awesome service. Large shirt order with one incorrect size
I recently ordered a bunch of shirts and unfortunately, one of them came in the wrong size. It was a little confusing since it was a big order, but not totally shocking. I decided to send an email about it and was pleasantly surprised by how quick and helpful the response was from someone on their team. Adiel, who helped me out, was super nice and fixed the problem right away. She really showed that she cared and I appreciated that she got it sorted out fast, especially since we needed them on time. Overall, I was really happy with the shirts and the amazing customer service I got.
My hoodie
I recently snagged this awesome hoodie from an online store, and it's seriously the comfiest thing ever. The color is pretty sweet too. But the best part was dealing with the customer service rep. They were so helpful and understanding when my delivery got messed up. And get this - they even hooked me up with a discount code for my next order!

Recent apparel purchase
I recently bought some stuff from this company and it was a bit of a rollercoaster. I ordered a few items and only got 4 out of 5 packages after waiting for 6 days. I started to get worried but then I decided to reach out to customer service. I sent an email to their support team and I got a response in less than 6 hours from a guy named Edoardo. He told me not to worry, that my missing package was just delayed because of COVID-19. Today, the missing package finally arrived, so everything turned out okay. Overall, I'd say this is a good company for clothes and I'll probably shop here again.
Unique hoodies for daughter's business
I want to give a shoutout to this company for their awesome service and products. My daughter just launched her own business, and we were having a tough time finding the right hoodies for her brand. But then, we found this website and were blown away by all the options they had - so many styles, colors, and sizes to choose from. The website was super easy to use, and we found exactly what we were looking for in no time. Placing the order was a breeze, and they kept us in the loop every step of the way. The delivery was quick, and the quality of the products was even better than expected. Highly recommend!
Pants order
I just ordered some pants from this website and when the package arrived, I realized that two pairs were missing. Usually, I expect to have to deal with customer service and jump through hoops to get this fixed, but I have to say, I was pleasantly surprised this time. I sent an email, provided some pictures, and within hours, they let me know that the missing pants were already being sent out to me. I was really impressed with how quickly they handled it and the great customer service.
Non-Profit organization purchase
I just have to say, your customer support reps at this company have all been so awesome to deal with! Ross was super helpful on the phone, and Mig was fantastic via email. The products I bought were top-notch and reliable. The communication from the company was great, especially when there were delays or things out of stock. They even quickly handled our Non-Profit organization status, which was a big help. Needless to say, I'll definitely be buying from this company again in the future. Thanks so much!
Got a messed up order
So, I ordered a few things but they forgot to include some of them. I was really upset about it, but then I contacted this guy Adiel and he took care of everything right away. He even sent me an extra speedy order to make up for the mistake. Big thanks to Adiel!
Recent missing item in my order
I wanted to share about a recent purchase I made where one of the items was missing from my order. I contacted customer service and they were able to quickly and efficiently resolve the issue for me. The level of service I received was exceptional and I'm really happy with how it all turned out. Because of this positive experience, I definitely plan on remaining a customer in the future.
