Oh my gosh, I am totally over this place! I bought some shoes, a backpack, and some workout clothes, and it was a complete nightmare. Hey there, just wanted to share my recent experience as a customer of this store. Gotta say, I was pretty disappointed with the service I got. I bought a pair of shoes on 02/01 but didn't get them until 09/01, which was way longer than I expected. Then, on 13/01, I had to return a pair of trainers via UPS. The whole process of trying to get a refund was not great. I talked to a few different people on the phone, and they all told me different things about my refund. One person said they saw the shoes in the warehouse, another said they hadn't received them. They all said the refund would be processed last week, but here I am still waiting for it. The lack of consistency and follow-through has been really frustrating and has left me feeling pretty dissatisfied as a customer.

Tear in shoes, poor durability
I bought these shoes and they totally fell apart after just a year of running on the treadmill. The sole was fine, but the top part got a huge tear by the toe. I was bummed because I expected them to hold up better, especially for what I paid. I tried reaching out to customer service, but they were no help whatsoever. They didn't seem to give a darn about my problem or even try to fix it. I'm definitely not shopping with them anymore.
Refund delay on returned product
I'm really bummed about how long it's taking for me to get my refund for those shoes I sent back. It's been 16 days since the company got them, but I still don't see the money back in my account. On top of that, every time I try to reach out to the customer service rep handling my case, I just get radio silence. This whole situation is getting me more and more ticked off.
Unpleasant customer service experience
I had a really bad experience with one of your customer service reps recently. When I called about a problem, the agent kept cutting me off while I was trying to explain what was going on. It got worse when they started yelling at me, which really shook me up and made me just hang up. I've never had someone treat me like that before, especially from customer service, so I'm pretty upset about how unprofessional they acted.
