My go to buying spot
NY & C is really awesome palce to buy clothes. My most of the stuff comes from this particular website. I do not really enjoy shopping. Also, when you can get something better online and at your doorstep why waste time around.
I am busy with my projects, so I love shopping around stuff. I got like many skirts, pants, shoes and 1 handbag from here.
As far I remember, they all delivered on time. And I didn't find any issue with the website,shopping experience was great. I think they have great variety.

I read some not-so-great stuff about how slow the shipping was and how customer service was lacking, but I took a gamble and placed an order online anyway. Guess what? My stuff got to me in just 4 days, way quicker than I thought it would. And you know what? The quality of the items was even better than I expected, especially for how cheap they were. I'm super happy with my purchase and for sure will be coming back for more in the future.
Ordered boots, didn't get them
I bought some boots back in December, but it's now March and still no sign of those boots! The customer service is terrible - no one ever answers the phone or responds to emails. The tracking info says the boots haven't even been shipped yet. Thank goodness for Afterpay! They helped me get my money back. I'm over this store, especially since my last order took 6 weeks to arrive.
Two suits purchase
I've been shopping with you guys for years, but ever since the stores closed, I've been noticing a drop in the quality of the clothes online. Just recently, I bought two suits and ended up returning one. But it's been weeks now, and I still haven't gotten my refund back. I've tried reaching out to Customer Service, but no one's updating me. This lack of communication and the delay in getting my money back is just not cool. I think I'll have to take my business elsewhere from now on.
Online clothing order
I just bought some clothes from this company, and man, it was a total hassle. I shelled out extra cash for speedy shipping, but my order didn't even get sent out for weeks. Tried calling customer service, but couldn't get ahold of anyone. Emailed them instead, and it took forever to hear back. The reasons they gave for the delay just weren't cutting it, and I ended up really disappointed with the whole ordeal. Sadly, this bad experience has made me swear off ordering from them in the future.
Stuff I bought
Omg, seriously, avoid that store at all costs! They are like the absolute worst! I ordered some clothes online and it seriously took like forever for my stuff to arrive. I tried emailing them a bunch of times to cancel because their service is just soooo terrible. And don't even get me started on trying to get a refund, it was a complete nightmare since they basically act like thieves. Seriously, save your money and don't even bother shopping there! The pictures on their website are extremely misleading, it's like not even funny.
Ordered a bunch of clothes
Yo, so check it - I bought a bunch of clothes from this store, right? But then I had to return some of them. I've sent back 5 returns since January and they still haven't given me my money back! I even shot them an email, but all they did was send me a dumb 15 percent off coupon to buy more stuff. Seriously, I just want my money back! I got no response at all. Ugh, so frustrating.
Recent clothing purchase
I just bought some clothes on this website, and gotta say I was pretty bummed out by the quality, sizes all being funky, and the lack of options in styles. I managed to snag a pair of pants that fit me alright based on what I've bought before, but the fact that everything is final sale now with no chance for returns is just not cool. It makes online shopping even trickier, especially for clothes that might not fit right. I'm definitely thinking twice about shopping on this site again because of this strict rule.
Over $200 worth of items
I'm really kicking myself for shopping at this place. I placed a huge order, dropping over $200, and all I got in return was the wrong items and subpar quality. And now it looks like I might not even get my money back for this letdown. Note to self - always read the reviews before hitting that buy button.
3 outfits, returned 2
So, I bought 3 really cute outfits back in November. But when I got them home and tried them on, only one actually looked good on me. So, I returned the other two, but for real, I still haven't seen my refund. I've been trying to call their customer service, but dang, they never pick up the phone! It's been a solid 2 months now, and I'm starting to get seriously annoyed. Like seriously, where's my money at? So frustrating! I swear, I'm never shopping there again, and you better believe I'm warning all my friends to steer clear too.
Sweaters for daughter
I bought three sweaters for my daughter from this company, but when the package arrived, there were only two inside. I called customer service a few times and they said they were checking on it, but then I never heard anything back. I even sent a bunch of emails to follow up, but still got no reply. It's really frustrating and unprofessional how they just left me hanging like that. I won't be buying from them again, that's for sure.
Sweater purchased in March
I ordered a sweater back in March and I never got any tracking info for my order. Luckily, I paid with PayPal so I was able to get my money back. I tried contacting them via email and phone multiple times but got no answer. That's just not okay. I'm definitely not buying from them again!
Not getting my stuff
I can't even believe it, man. I ordered some clothes online and they never showed up! I've been trying to reach out by phone and email for days, but nobody is getting back to me. They already took my money and now I've got nothing to wear. This has happened twice already, and honestly, it's pretty messed up. I used to be a huge fan of this store, but now I'm just feeling really let down. I'm for sure going to report this to somebody because it's just not right. If they can't handle fulfilling orders, maybe they should just take a break until they can get their act together.
