My WORST online shopping experience in 20 years.
For the protection of my family during Coronavirus, on March 6, I ordered 3 packs of the disinfecting sprays(3 bottles in a pack, less than 2.5 OZ per bottle, $19.95 for the 3 bottle pack). They promised 4 to 8 days shipping.
Guess what, I did not receive anything until day 21, even after my 2 emails inquiry.
I got second surprise when I opened the soaking wet package----Only 2 of the 9 bottles were full, 6 of them were between 1/2 and 3/4 full and one was even completely empty.
I emailed them, they simply asked me to provide pictures of proof without any apology.
I sent them pictures and no one responded. Then I called my credit card company to dispute the charge and emailed them again asking them to take the product back and refund my money.
Not until 28 days after I sent them the pictures, another email came from them saying they would give me some partial credit, still not a single word of apology.
I told them No, then they told me to ship the crap back on my expenses to some company in Shanghai, China and offered me a Generous $15 compensation for shipping.
By the way, they did use the word "apology" in the 5th email, but telling me they are not responsible for the return shipping even though they messed up the order.
I asked a manager to reach out to me in regard this issue. No response yet of course.
Think over before you buy anything from this company that no one cares about customer service unless you are too bored and want to spend weeks and months dealing with their CUSTOMER SERVICE people.
75 days passed since I placed the order, still no resolution!!!
