I've been a Newegg customer for a long time and I've always been impressed with their top-notch service and products. Whether I'm buying individual parts or building a whole system, their website is a breeze to use. The search function is super easy to navigate, making it simple to find exactly what I need. They have a huge selection of products, so I always find what I'm looking for. And if I ever need help, their customer service is top-notch - the staff is knowledgeable and always ready to assist. Plus, their prices are consistently competitive, with some of the best deals around. Bottom line, Newegg is my one-stop shop for all my computer needs.
All my office, electronics and computer item covered
My office use to be just adjacent to my home. I needed consistent supplies of electronics, netowking, software and other gadgets at that time. It was last year. so I found this website. they were giving good offers at that time.
I bought lot of stuff from there. After that, newegg has been a go to place for all of my office and electronic supplies.
I shifted my office though to a large place with few more employees. I get heavy discounts here too sometime.
Their quality and delivery is right on the right and the best amongst others. I have suggested this to many people, mostly my entrepreneur friends.CPU 5800x3d
I bought a CPU from this company and ran into a little problem with price matching that I needed to sort out. At first, I saw that the price match label had disappeared from the product between when I checked it out in the morning and when I went to buy it later in the day. It worried me because I was hoping to match the price with Amazon afterward. But when I tried to do it on the website, I had trouble with some technical issues that stopped me from finishing the process.
New computer stuff
Wow, I absolutely love ordering things from here. They seriously have everything I need for my computer. The customer service is amazing, and the prices are really good too! Not to mention, the delivery is incredibly fast - I never have to wait long to receive my items. I did have a problem once, but Jacqueline was so nice and helped me out immediately. I always recommend Newegg to all my friends, it's seriously the best!
MSI Motherboard Purchase
The customer service was amazing! Angel really took the time to listen to me and showed a lot of empathy. I've had some issues with the quality control of a specific product, but Newegg has always been reliable. I've been shopping with them since 2008 and have always been happy with their service.
Gaming computer components
I got some stuff from Newegg for my gaming rig and it was exactly what I expected from the listing. The whole online buying thing was easy-peasy and I snagged some sweet holiday deals on everything. I wouldn't hesitate to shop at Newegg again. Not to mention, the shipping was quick and dependable. The parts I got for my computer are working like a charm - no problems at all so far.
Underpowered Processor
I was really disappointed with my purchase of a weak processor. I tried to make it faster like they promised, but the operating system didn't have what I needed to upgrade. And to top it off, the BIOS didn't give me any options to boost the processor either. It was so frustrating! Because of that, I couldn't even install important programs because the processor was too slow.
Large computer monitor
Sales Fraud. Used sold as new and replacement takes a month!
I purchased online a $1,700 computer monitor from Newegg as NEW but the product arrived in its factory box without a shipping box or proper padding. Item box had already opened, factory seal torn, and the product did not work.
This is Newegg's issue, not mine. But Newegg expects customers to wait for the RMA return to ship back and process, and then wait again for a replacement to be shipped.
This negatively impacted my small business and we'll never shop Newegg again.
