    East Hampton pants

    I bought a pair of East Hampton pants from this store recently, and man, I was so let down by the quality. I wore them once, accidentally grazed against a dishwasher, and the next thing I knew, they tore easily. Come on, for $350 a pair, you'd expect better than that. I contacted their customer service team, hoping for a replacement or some kind of fix, but they wouldn't budge. They said it wasn't a "manufacturing defect," and basically left me hanging. That lack of responsibility and lousy customer service really got to me. It feels like this store cares more about their profits than making their customers happy, which is a real shame for a fancy fashion boutique.

    Misleading International Returns Policy

    I recently bought something from this website and found out later that their international return policy is really confusing. On their website, it says that you can return anything that's not labeled FINAL SALE, but when my order arrived, there was a note saying that all international orders are actually considered FINAL SALE and can't be returned. When I reached out to them about it, they sent me a link to start the return process, but the link didn't work. It only let me go as far as getting my shipping documents, which you need to return the item. I've tried reaching out to them multiple times to clear things up, but I still haven't gotten a good response or solution.

    I bought the size 4 Jenna Pant, but when they showed up, they were definitely not the right size. I tried to exchange them, but the customer service from Brianna was not helpful at all. Plus, the returns policy for the brand was a pain to deal with.

    Customer service was just awful! I can't believe there was zero communication, even after my bank confirmed the payment. It's been weeks and I still have no clue about my purchase. It's absolutely ridiculous and completely inexcusable.

    Leather trench coat

    I just bought a leather trench coat online and it was the worst! The seams were all messed up, the leather looked totally fake, and it smelled like chemicals. I tried reaching out to customer service about exchanging or returning it, but they never got back to me. Such a letdown and a total waste of money.
