Account access issues, disappointing quality, refund troubles
I had a really frustrating experience with this company recently. Even though I was getting their emails regularly, I couldn't log into my account because I had issues with my password and email address. When I got my order of three items, I was really disappointed in the quality. One of the dresses looked nothing like what I had ordered. I tried to reach customer service to get a refund, but the email I found in other reviews wasn't even valid. Overall, it was a really dissatisfying experience that made me feel like I got scammed and let down.
Clothes
I ordered some clothes from this one place and man, it was a total disaster. I tried to return them but never heard back from them! Not to mention, the clothes felt awful - scratchy and uncomfortable. All I wanted was my money back but they didn't even bother giving me instructions on how to return it. Such a rip off.
Dresses and Tops
I had a really bad experience with this company. The stuff I ordered took forever to get here, and when they finally did, they were nothing like what the website showed. The fabrics were cheap and not good quality at all, definitely not the linen/cotton mix they promised. On top of that, the sizes were all wrong, so the clothes didn't fit right. When I tried to send the stuff back, they charged me a lot for returning it and it took forever. And to make it worse, they only gave me back a tiny bit of what I paid, and then conveniently 'forgot' to actually send it. When I asked about the missing refund, they wouldn't give me my money back and instead offered a useless voucher. This company is a total scam and I strongly suggest not ordering from them.
Clothing return experience
I just bought some clothes online, but they didn't fit right when I got them. I tried to return them by calling customer service, but I've been having trouble with the whole thing. Even though I did what they told me to, I still haven't gotten the address to send the clothes back. It's been really annoying and I'm not happy with how everything turned out.
Misleading and poor quality clothing
I got sucked in by their tricky ads and bought a bunch of stuff from this site. When my order arrived, I was so bummed out to see that none of the clothes looked like what they showed online. The styles were totally off, the fabric was super cheap, and the sizes were all wrong. I wouldn't even wear any of it outside, that's how bad it was. This place is a total rip-off and I'm telling everyone to steer clear and not throw away their money.
Clothing items
I'm really upset about my shopping experience on this website. The clothes are not good quality, the material is not what they said it would be, and the sizes are totally inconsistent. Some items are too small, others are too big, even though they're all supposed to be the same size. I tried to contact customer service to get a return address, but I keep getting emails from different people and no one's been able to help me. I feel like I just threw away my money on this site.
Misleading website photos
The pictures on the website made the clothes look way better than they actually were. When I got them, they were made with really cheap materials and put together badly. One piece was so badly done, it was actually kind of funny. It was a bummer to see such a big gap between how awesome they looked online and how disappointing they were in real life.
Tops, Dress, Cardigan
I ordered some clothes online back in November 2021 from this one seller. The package arrived in the UK within the 2-week window they had promised, but let me tell you, I was super bummed when I opened it. The tops, the dress, everything except the cardigan I got was just not up to par. The stuff looked totally different from what was on the website - different colors, different materials, just overall cheap and not the quality I expected.
So, I made the call to send everything back and asked for the return address. Turned out it was in China. I had to pay for the return shipping myself, and since I didn't get insurance on it, when the package never reached the seller, I was out of luck and out of all the money I spent.
I tried reaching out to customer service a bunch of times through email, but the responses I got back seemed way too robotic and didn't really help at all. I had to just come to terms with the fact that my money was gone. Hopefully, others can learn from my mistake and be careful when buying from this seller.Poor quality clothing, incorrect sizing
I was really bummed out with the clothes I got. The material seemed super cheap, and the stitching was all wonky. Plus, the sizes were way off from what I asked for. It felt like a total knockoff of what I saw on the website. Trying to send stuff back was a total pain since they didn't give me a shipping label and made it all complicated to get my money back, even though I did everything they said. The customer service was no help at all and didn't really fix the problems, even after I sent them photos of what was wrong with the clothes. All in all, a major headache and definitely don't recommend shopping here.
Women's clothing, Bargain prices, Hong Kong
Hey folks, just wanted to share my not-so-great experience with this company. I thought I was getting a good deal on some women's clothing, but turns out this company is a total scam. They claim to be in Hong Kong, but they're actually being investigated for stealing photos from other websites. When I tried to figure out where my order was, the person I talked to said they had no record of it or my email, which is pretty fishy. It was obvious they didn't have a real computer system in place. And when I asked about Hong Kong landmarks and ferries, they got all defensive and didn't really know what they were talking about. Plus, reading other reviews where people never got their stuff, I'd say steer clear of this company. Buyer beware, for real!
cute clothes
I bought some super cute clothes from that website! I was really looking forward to wearing them, but when they showed up, they were so cheaply made and the fabric felt awful. I reached out to them to return the items and get a refund, but they never got back to me. I'm definitely not shopping there anymore!
