40th birthday piñata
Ordered for a 40th birthday, which is later this month. I ordered it early, as I’m always worried that if I really want something it will be out of stock or no longer sold by the time I really need it., hence I always order a couple months in advance. The piñata arrived within 10 days and this was during the Christmas rush. It looks so cute and I can’t wait for the whole family to take a few swings at it this weekend. Very happy so far.
Clown Pinata
The payment was taken without any problems I was sent notifications via text to follow my order. The next I received an email saying they no longer had the product to order another however when I went to to reorder it was asking for another payment. I emailed and called I did not receive a response! I want a refund!! or send my order immediately!
Howler Head Bourbon
I got a bottle from them and don’t know who it’s from. I looked up the site and there was apparently supposed to be a code inside to read. Nope, not there.
Pinata for my Dad's birthday
Ordering was easy, confirmation and charge to my account came quickly. Then, no communication and no delivery (weeks later, now past the birthday.) Do not buy!
60th Birthday
Ordering was easy, however I placed the order on July 6 for an August 3rd delivery. On July 31 I still had not received shipping information. I have sent two emails and left 3 voice mails with no response. So after ordering a month in advance, I have nothing. Will be looking for a full refund through my cc since this company seems to be unavailable for any sort of customer service.
I did finally receive a follow up from their customer service and after a bit of back and forth they were able to find the shipment and got it to me only 1 day late. They did provide a partial refund for the trouble. While I would probably not purchase from them again, I did want to acknowledge their efforts to make things right.
