Skincare products
When I first decided to buy some skincare stuff from this online shop, I was excited about all the good reviews I'd heard from friends and seen in ads. The products looked like they were good quality and had reasonable prices. But then I ran into a little issue with the discounts they were offering on the website. At first, they caught my eye with a discount, but when I waited a bit before buying, they sent me an email with an even better offer. That got me to make my purchase, but then I found out they wouldn't honor the second discount. I still went ahead with my order, but I have to say I was a bit irritated by the mix-up. It kind of dampened my excitement for the products and the whole shopping experience.

Solving purposes is important for me .Eye cream and serum
The website was so easy to find what I was looking for! I just clicked on what I wanted, added it to my cart, and bam, check out completed! It was great! I bought some eye cream and serum and they actually work really well. I wish I could have joined a membership because I would definitely do it. But oh well, I got my stuff on sale and it was a fantastic deal. It's much better than dealing with going to Walgreens, ugh, they're terrible now. I'm really happy I discovered this website for my beauty products!
Easy website, great products, free shipping, bonus products
No.7 is totally my favorite for all things beauty - their website is a breeze to use and who doesn't love free shipping? I always find myself getting more than I intended because the products are just that good. Plus, all the bonus goodies that come with my orders are amazing. Honestly, they're so awesome that I end up getting them again in my next orders. And the prices? Let me tell you, they're so good that I never feel bad treating myself.
Blonde eyebrow pencil
I was kind of bummed that there weren't any pictures of someone actually wearing the BLONDE eyebrow pencil, like they had for the BROWN one. It really helps to see how the product looks when it's on. Also, I was hoping to find a travel kit with smaller sizes, but I didn't see one.
Products I love
I've been using these shoes for about 12 years now, and they never disappoint. I always buy them online because it's much more convenient than dealing with those high-end stores. But lately, I'm considering switching things up. The checkout process is a real hassle. I mean, you're limited to only using a credit card. If they offered PayPal as an option, it would make my life a whole lot simpler.

Men's skincare products
Men's skincare products are amazing, I swear by the serum and eye revival. My friends always tell me how great my skin looks when I use them. But, I'm bummed that the men's moisturizer in the white container, suggested by my dermatologist, has been out of stock for a while. And to top it off, my favorite store stopped carrying men's products altogether – now it's just women's stuff.
Future Renew No7 products
I've been trying out some other stuff, but then I saw a commercial for Future Renew No7 and figured, why not give them a shot. The website was so easy to navigate and had a bunch of useful videos that really helped me feel good about ordering online instead of hitting up a store. I'll definitely keep you posted on how these new products are working out for me once I give them a go!

Oh my gosh, I was super pumped to find all my go-to makeup and skincare stuff on the web! I've been loyal to these products for ages and they've never let me down. I used to have to trek to the store in Louisville, KY every time I needed them, but now I can just order them online. And let me tell you, the ordering process was a breeze and super fast - just how I like it!
New products at No7 Beauty
Oh my gosh, I just grabbed some new stuff from this store and it's awesome! I really wish they still had that other product in the black compact because it looked way cooler. But these new ones work just as well, so I guess it's all good.
Finishing powder purchase
I thought I should give the finishing powder another go since I got the wrong color last time I bought it. Before, I only had a light/medium option, but now they've added two medium shades. Crossing my fingers I get the right one this round.
Anti-aging skincare
No7 is amazing! I've been using their products for years and I've never seen my skin look this good. I'm 81 years old but my skin looks radiant and smooth like never before. Ever since I started using the new future renew treatment, the redness on my face has almost disappeared. No7 products really do wonders!

LOUSY CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY! YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR ITEM IN THE TIME FRAME INDICATED AND NO ONE EVER ANSWERS CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER OR EMAILS! I WILL NEVER SHOP THEIR WEBSITE AGAIN!!! VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!
Advanced Retinol 1.5% Complex.
The product cause a severe rash on my skin and neck. When I contacted them they said that they do not accept opened products.
This was their statement which was totally unacceptable to me.
"We do apologize for the trouble this has caused you. When using a retinol treatment, if your skin is not use to it or other exfoliating agents, irritation can occur. We only recommend using once a week until your skin is more use to the treatment. Perhaps mixing a small amount with your moisturizer may be beneficial for you. Please note it is normal to have a rash, bumps, or peeling when using a retinol.
Unfortunately we do not accept opened returns back into our warehouse and are unable to set up a return for you at this time. I am very sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused!"
If you don't use a product how would you know if it's problematic? I Definitely will not recommend this company to anyone.
POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!Gift Mascara
In Feb while I was out of town I was given a No7 mascara The Full 360.
I didn't open it till recently. I could not pull out the wand without cap coming off or insert coming out.
I contacted my friend who gave it to me. She couldn't remember where she bought it.
I contacted the company and they said take it back to the store. I was really frustrated. I said we don't know what store. Basically TO BAD. For the price of their product you would think they would stand by their product. I will never purchase from a company that is only after your $$.
Not even a sorry coupon.????
