Parka, winter coat, leather jacket
Man, I'm really upset about my recent purchases from Noize! I was super pumped when I got my parka, it was like a vegan version of a Canada goose. I loved it so much that I ended up buying a lighter winter coat and a cool leather jacket too. But then disaster hit - my $300 parka started ripping and tearing near the pockets and zipper. I reached out to customer service for help but they were so rude and disrespectful, telling me my coat was out of warranty by just 2 months. And now, to make matters worse, my leather jacket is falling apart too. Seriously, steer clear of this place. The quality sucks and the customer service is terrible!
Puffy Jacket
Oh my gosh, I got this really cute puffy jacket, but it started getting all fuzzy and gross after just wearing it a few times! I took really good care of it too, didn't even wash it or anything! So disappointing since I thought it would be really high quality because of the price. I even sent them pictures and still haven't heard back. Ugh!

I bought a winter jacket from this company not too long ago and let me tell you, it was a total letdown. The shipment got sent back because the company messed up the address. I bought a winter coat from this place and it was terrible. The lining ripped open, and they refused to refund my money, only offering a discount on another subpar coat. So I got another one, and the same thing happened! The outer sleeve ripped without even touching it, and the whole back was falling apart upon closer inspection. It hasn't even been a full season yet, and it looks like it's been through five years of wear and tear. To top it off, the label claims it's Canadian, but it's actually made in China, so you're not even getting a genuine Canadian product. The worst part is, it looked really nice and kept me warm, it just can't hold up.

But when I reached out to customer service for help, they gave me a messed up link that took me to a useless exchange site where I couldn't make any changes. Plus, when I tried to leave a bad review on their website, the system wouldn't let me post it. It was a letdown and I wouldn't suggest buying from them.

I had a really frustrating time trying to use my store credit at this company. I tried three times to get in touch with customer service to figure out how to use my store credit because I knew I couldn't get a full refund, which I was cool with. But every time I tried to get help, no one got back to me. It was so annoying not being able to reach anyone or find a phone number to call. I had no idea what to do next with my purchase, and I felt like nobody cared about my concerns. It was really disappointing to not get any support or advice on something so simple.

I bought this coat on sale this Spring and ran into a big problem with it. Basically, the quality of the coat sucked because it got a huge tear at the shoulder seam after just a few times wearing it. When I got in touch with customer service, I was pretty let down by how little they did to help me out. Long story short, I was totally unhappy with what I bought.

I recently bought a bomber jacket from this company, and man, it was a disaster. I didn't get an email confirming my order, which was a major red flag. When I contacted customer service to ask about my order, I was surprised when they couldn't find it with my email. How does that even happen? I had paid for the jacket already, and now they're saying they can't find my order. It was so frustrating and disappointing. I thought a company that brags about quality would do better.
