String of Christmas lights

I gotta tell ya, I was really let down by these Christmas lights I bought. I got 10 strings from this one brand, and after just two holiday seasons, they started acting up. Lights were flickering on and off, which was beyond annoying. This year, I tested 'em out and only one of the 10 strings worked. Checked the fuses, all good, so it was definitely the lights themselves that were the issue. When I contacted the company to complain, their customer service was terrible. I told 'em that this was already year three, so there were no more receipts, but I was still upset about the supposed high-quality lights failing so soon. Their response? A generic message saying I could exchange 'em at any store with proof of purchase. Completely ignored my complaint and didn't offer a real fix. Why would I want more lights that'll probably fail too? Don't bother with this brand, folks. Bad quality and no customer service.
