I am a client of NuMe and I have had a fantastic experience with the company. Their online customer service is top-notch and they always go above and beyond to help me with any issues or questions I have.
The hair styling tools they offer are of high quality and have exceeded my expectations. I have been using their curling wands and straighteners for several months now and they have held up well and continue to work great.

I recently bought some haircare stuff from a popular store and I gotta say, I was really happy with the whole deal. I'd been looking for this specific shampoo and conditioner everywhere with no luck, but luckily I found them on the store's website. It was super easy to order and I got my stuff pretty quickly. I also decided to try out their hair serum, but unfortunately it was missing from my order. I reached out to customer service right away and they fixed the problem right quick. Their team was really professional and on top of things. Can't wait for the hair serum to arrive and hoping it's as good as the shampoo and conditioner that I already love.
NuMe Octowand base replacement
I've had to replace the base of my NuMe Octowand multiple times and let me tell you, it's been a real pain. That thing just keeps breaking on me and I really can't stand having to deal with it. But I have to admit, the customer service team has been pretty great. They've sent me replacement bases without giving me a hard time and it hasn't cost me much, if anything. So even though it's annoying to keep running into this issue, at least they're making it a little easier to handle.
Mediocre purchase
My experience with this website was just average. The products weren't anything to write home about and the site overall was pretty run-of-the-mill. Navigation was alright, nothing too special. The checkout process was just okay, not terrible but not fantastic either. All in all, my experience with this website was pretty blah.
Overpriced flat iron
I wouldn't recommend buying from them if you're hoping for free return shipping. I ended up with a pricey, faulty flat iron and they made me pay the shipping to send it back. Can you believe it? Super annoying! I had to take it up with Paypal and file a complaint with the BBB. No way am I purchasing from them in the future.
