The Pescatarian food from Nutrition for Longevity is fresh, healthy, and tasty for sure. I really like having a nice fresh salad for lunch every day because it's easy and good for me. But, I've noticed that some of the breakfast options they send me aren't really my favorite, and I keep getting the same meals in my deliveries. It would be great if we could choose our meals each week from a bigger selection to make it more personalized. Even with that small issue, the food is always good quality, and they do a good job making yummy and healthy meals. Also, I've noticed that sometimes when UPS delivers the food box, the drivers handle it pretty roughly, turning it all over the place. This has messed up the food inside a bit, so maybe they should put a "this side up" message on the boxes to avoid that in the future. Despite those things, I think the good parts of Nutrition for Longevity's service are better than the bad, so I'll keep using them for my diet.
Fresh and varied meal options
The food this service gives us has been really fresh and diverse, which is a nice break from the usual cooking routine. But I do wish they provided more detailed nutrition info on the labels. They give us the macros, but what about the salt, sugar, fiber, and other important stuff? I pay attention to those details, it would be helpful to know. It would also be awesome if we could personalize some of the meals. I'm not big on super sugary breakfasts, so being able to pick my own preferences would make it even better. And for those who like spicy food but can't handle too much heat, having the option to add hot sauces on the side would be a nice touch. Lastly, the excessive use of plastic packaging bothers me. Using recyclable, BPA-free, and chemical-free packaging would be a lot better and align with the whole healthy eating idea.

I've been using this meal delivery service for 9 months now and I have to say, I'm still loving it. I've tried pretty much every meal delivery service out there, and most of them seem to struggle with delivering on time, food showing up cold, and packaging problems. But with this service, I rarely have any issues. And when there have been problems, the staff has been quick to fix them and their customer service is top-notch. The new box that the meals arrive in is really nice, showing up at my door looking perfect, just like the meals inside. The bruschetta salad in my last order was absolutely amazing. I'm definitely going to switch to the "pick your own meals" option so I can keep ordering my favorites over and over.

The 3-day pescatarian heat and eat box was a great option for folks wanting a fast and healthy meal. The food was tasty and easy to heat up, perfect for people on the go. But I did run into some problems with not getting shipping updates or a tracking number, and not being able to pick a delivery date when I ordered.
Bland meals
So, I gave some of the meals a shot from this place where my mom gets them through her insurance. I mean, I'm all about the good quality ingredients but man, the flavor is just not cutting it. The meals are pretty bland and just not hitting the spot for me. I ended up having to throw in a bunch of my own spices just to make them halfway decent.

I really like the idea of offering healthy meals to customers, but I did have some issues with the ordering system. I like to customize my breakfast smoothie with specific ingredients like berries, greens, flax, herbs, and ginger, but that wasn't an option. Also, I felt that one of the breakfast choices, the brownie breakfast, was way too sweet - it felt more like a dessert than a breakfast item, and it made me crave more sugar. Since I'm overweight, older, and not very active, the standard 1600 calorie plan was too much for me. I also had trouble figuring out what to do with all the leftover food, so I ended up wasting a lot of my first order.

We've tried all three of their Chef-curated meal plans and we were seriously impressed with how good they tasted and how good the ingredients were. Plus, the global flavors on their menu bring a fun new element to our meals. When you compare them to other meal services, Nutrition for Longevity is really in a league of its own.

I just tried out a new vegan meal plan and it totally blew me away! The meals were so tasty and creative, way better than what I had tried back in November, 2020. One of the things that really stood out to me was adding riced cauliflower to oatmeal - it made the portions look bigger and cut down on extra grain calories. You could really tell that they put a lot of thought and innovation into preparing the meals because each dish was not only delicious but also looked amazing. I was so happy with my meal plan that I will definitely be ordering from them again.

olive oil bottle
I was really disappointed when I received my olive oil. It arrived all broken and leaking in the package, even though they tried to protect it with a bunch of packing materials. I'm hoping they can send me a new one quickly!
Fresh produce delivery
I got a delivery of fresh produce not long ago that really let me down. The box came warm with the ice packs all warm, making everything smell funky. Plus, some plastic containers were open and stuff was all over the place because there was too much room. The four potatoes in there were not great quality - soft and tiny. This was not at all what I was expecting when I ordered.

The food I ordered was so good, way better than any other meal service I've ever tried. Not only was it delicious, but it was also really healthy, which was a pleasant surprise. The customer service was amazing too, making my whole experience even better. I'm super happy with my purchase, a nice treat after finishing the ProLon fast. Honestly, I would order this food again just for how delicious it is.
