    Positive Online Shopping Experience with Nuuly

    I have been a client of Nuuly for the past few months, and overall, I have had a positive experience with the company. Their online platform is easy to navigate and offers a wide variety of clothing options from a variety of different brands. I particularly appreciate the option to "rent" clothing for a fraction of the retail price, as it allows me to try out new styles and trends without committing to purchasing them outright.

    I have also found the quality of the clothing to be quite good, with very little wear and tear on the items I have received. The customer service team has also been very responsive and helpful when I have had any questions or issues.

    One small downside for me is that I would prefer more options for plus-size clothing, as the selection currently seems to be quite limited.

    Overall, I would recommend Nuuly to anyone looking to expand their wardrobe without breaking the bank.

    I've been a loyal customer at Nuuly for a while now, and I've mostly had a good experience with their subscription service. But, there have been some bumps in the road. One thing that bugs me is their random substitution policy. It's led to me getting items I didn't really ask for or need. Also, it seems like the stuff I actually want is always out of stock, which is annoying. One time, there was a mix-up with a return, but I managed to sort it out with their customer service team. They were quick to help and fixed things up for me.

    Awesome Clothes!!

    I've been using this awesome clothes service for about six months and it's seriously the bomb! The customer service is so friendly and helpful. They've got a huge selection of clothes to pick from, and they're always adding new stuff. Every now and then they might be out of stock on something you like, but there's always another cool option available. I definitely give it my seal of approval, 100%!

    Disappointing first order

    My first time trying Nuuly was a total disaster. Pretty much everything in my order was messed up - either damaged, stained, or just plain dirty. I contacted customer service, but their responses were unhelpful and they were rude. They basically told me I could either keep the messed up items or send them all back. Neither option worked for me, especially because I needed the clothes for some important events. The fact that there was no quality control and the customer service was terrible has totally put me off using Nuuly in the future.

    Petite size selection disappointment

    I was really excited to give Nuuly a shot because they offer a great variety of petite sizes. Unfortunately, my experience hasn't been the greatest. I noticed that a few of the items I was interested in were already sold out, and the pieces I did receive were nothing like my personal style. To make matters worse, some of the clothes arrived all creased and unfolded, which was a bummer. It almost looked like a few of the items were so beat up that they shouldn't have even been sent out in the first place.

    Subscription rip-off

    I had a terrible experience with this subscription service. They wouldn't give me a refund for over $400 on a subscription I wanted to cancel. It's so frustrating when companies care more about money than customer happiness. I'll definitely be avoiding this service in the future.

    Quality of purchases

    I thought Nuuly was a neat idea for checking out some new clothes without having to shell out the cash to buy them. I rented a pair of jeans that I was super into and decided to go ahead and purchase them. But man, was I let down when those jeans started falling apart after just a few times of wearing them. For the amount of money I paid, they were seriously not holding up their end of the deal. And their customer service? Not helpful at all when I tried to get some assistance. Definitely not worth buying from there, I'd say stick to renting only.

    Clothes never came

    Hey, so I've been using this really awesome clothes rental service for a while now. But, let me tell you about my mom's experience - it was a complete disaster. She planned way ahead for our trip and ordered her clothes early, but they never showed up! She had to actually go pick them up because they claimed they never sent them. And when she returned the clothes, they accused her of not sending back one item (which I know was in there!). Seriously, Nuuly, maybe invest in some better bags or something so things don't get lost. I'm over it and spreading the word to all my friends about how terrible this was.

    Subscription box issue

    This company's customer service is absolutely terrible. I recently ordered a subscription box and got two shipments. But each time, they accused me of keeping an item and charged me for it, even though I sent everything back. It feels like they're deliberately trying to rip off their customers. Their system has major flaws - items can get billed incorrectly if they're not scanned properly when returned. This is totally unacceptable, and I'm definitely going to warn others about this sketchy company.

    I recently had a pretty bad experience with my order from Nuuly. I sent my stuff back on time to take a break from my subscription, but they still charged me. It took forever to get a response from customer service, and when I finally did, it was not very professional - just a "no" with a heart emoji. I even showed them my receipts to prove my point, but they still said no. Not cool. Dealing with this kind of treatment is not fun, especially when you're just trying to fix a billing issue. So, I'm not going to suggest Nuuly to my friends or coworkers anymore. On top of that, the prices have gone up and the quality of service has gone down, which is even more disappointing.

    First order shipping address change request

    In my experience with Nuuly's customer support team, changing my shipping address for my first order was a pain. I had to ask twice, and got back the same unhelpful responses that didn't really solve the problem. It caused delays in getting my order to me, when it could have been easily fixed with better communication and attention to detail. All in all, my first go-round with Nuuly's customer support was pretty disappointing.

    Subscription experience

    My experience with the subscription started out great - the first two months were filled with new items that I absolutely loved. I even ended up buying a few pieces that I just couldn't part with. But things quickly took a turn for the worse when my box arrived in December. Most of the items were old, pilling, and wrinkled - a far cry from the quality I had grown to expect. And to top it all off, when I sent the box back, Nuuly claimed that items were missing. I disputed the claim and got it removed, but then I got a warning from my credit card company about potential fraudulent charges. Turns out, Nuuly had charged me multiple times for the same items - both the ones I kept and the ones I returned. They even charged me for the subscription fee that I had paused. Needless to say, what was once love for Nuuly has now turned into disappointment.
