    I've been a customer for so long, but man, my recent purchase was a major letdown. One of the things I ordered showed up empty, just a jar with nothing in it. So annoying and totally caught me off guard. I even sent over some photos and all the info to customer service right away. But it's been over a week and still haven't heard back. As a loyal customer, I thought they'd show me some better service and at least acknowledge my concerns.

    Incomplete order, double charged

    Dealing with you guys was a total nightmare from beginning to end. I had problems placing my order, got a messed-up incomplete order, ended up getting charged twice, and spent way too much time untangling the whole mess that your team made. The lack of skills and help was absolutely shocking. I wouldn't even wish this kind of experience on my worst enemy.

    I'm really let down by the service I got from this company. So, I made a mistake by totally forgetting to put my door number when I ordered. Right away, I emailed them to fix it, but they didn't get back to me until 3 days later. And get this, they said they couldn't fix the order. Like, how are they gonna deliver my stuff with no door number? And then, when they finally told me my stuff was shipped, the tracking number they gave me was for somebody else's order. Now, I'm just waiting to see where my stuff ended up and getting ready to ask for my money back. I'm definitely not buying from this website again.

    Dry oil purchase

    I bought the dry oil because I kept seeing it all over social media and thought it would make me feel super fancy. But boy, was I wrong! The reality was not what I expected at all. The product came with a postcard that said I could return it within 14 days for a refund, so I was hopeful. However, when I tried it out, the smell made me sick and my skin was itchy, so I knew I had to send it back. I reached out to customer service right away, only to be told days later that they don't take returns on opened products. How else was I supposed to figure out if I liked it or not? Their lack of helpfulness and flexibility really upset me. It seems like they're just stalling until the return deadline passes so they won't have to give me my money back. I won't be buying from them again, that's for sure.

    Speedy delivery purchase

    I bought a gift online and even shelled out some extra cash for quick delivery. But dang, it's been more than 10 days and still no sign of my package! I'm definitely taking my business elsewhere and suggest you do the same by checking out a store like John Lewis for a much smoother experience.

    Micellar water order with free oil promotion

    I ordered some micellar water from your website during Cyber Monday because of the deal that included a free oil. But when my package got here, it was messed up. There was only one micellar water and the other stuff was missing. I reached out to customer service about it, and all they gave me was a small refund and a $5 credit. I have to say, I'm pretty let down by this experience.

    I recently bought some stuff online, and man, I gotta say, I am super bummed about the whole thing. The first thing I ordered took a whole week to get to me, which was kind of annoying but whatever. But then my second order straight up never showed up! I ordered it on November 19th, and here we are still waiting. I tried emailing them a bunch of times, but all I got back was some generic message saying my order was shipped. Clearly, it wasn't 'cause I never got it. I even messaged them on Facebook, and they said the package was picked up from some place I never even set up. After I told them that, they said they'd send it again. Finally, when it came, it was the wrong thing! I am so done at this point. I emailed and messaged them on Facebook so many times, and not a single response. They took my money, and I still don't have my stuff I ordered forever ago. This lack of communication and bad service is just not cool.

    Overcharged, poor customer service

    I recently bought something and man, was I bummed out by the shady stuff that went down. They charged me too much for something that was supposed to be on sale, and when I tried to reach out to customer service, I got crickets. They promised to respond quick, but it's been 15 days and I'm still waiting. Finally got the product and decided to return it, but guess what? Same email system that let me down before. Now it's been a week and I don't know if I'll ever see my money again. It's really frustrating to see a company act so sketchy and make their customers feel like they don't matter at all.

    I wanted to tell you about my recent online shopping experience with skincare products. So, here's the deal - I kinda forgot to include my apartment number in the shipping address. When I tried to fix it, I got no help or solution from the customer service folks. It was super annoying because I thought fixing a simple mistake like that would be no big deal. Also, I couldn't even find a phone number to call them directly on the website, which made me feel even more frustrated and unsupported.

    Perfume Holiday Set

    I bought the Perfume Holiday set not too long ago, and honestly, I was pretty let down by it. The perfume was just meh, nothing to write home about.     My order came messed up and I was not happy with how the customer service handled it. I reached out to them about the problem and their response was not great, they just told me to reject the package if it was damaged. But how am I supposed to do that if the delivery person just left it at my door without even knocking? I quickly sent them a picture of the broken stuff like they asked, but I still haven't heard anything. It's annoying to deal with a company that won't own up to their mistakes with deliveries.

    Dry oil purchase

    I'm really bummed about the dry oil I bought! It's supposed to be "dry" but it actually feels sticky and smells way too sweet. On top of that, some of it leaked during shipping. I tried to get a discount from customer service, but they wouldn't help and just sent me a broken watch instead of fixing things. I should have just stuck with Caritas Fluide de Beaute 14.
