Box mod malfunction
I bought a box mod from NY Vape Shop not too long ago and, sadly, it started acting up after a while. It just wouldn't go back to the main screen, which was really frustrating. So, I decided to contact their customer service for help in figuring out what was going on. To my surprise, the person I spoke with was super knowledgeable and helpful. They walked me through some troubleshooting steps and eventually we were able to fix the problem. I really liked how quickly and effectively they assisted me in getting my device back to working properly.
good vapes in collections
They deliver the vapes from all around the world which gives me options in a huge range. i am a big sucker when it comes to trying new flavours and anything new in vapes. Because of that i spent too much money on waste items
But since NY vape shop got introduced, i tried the best and worthy vapes with good and quality
Also, they offer an amazing collection along with the rates that are not high
Those who vapes, they will understand the whole relief to get one damn source where you get everything . It saves so much of hassleVapes are trash
Man, I totally feel ya on that. I got two vapes and they were total duds, didn't even work. I tried hitting them up through email for a return address but got crickets. Now I'm down 80 bucks and feeling like I got played.
Broken Vape, slow customer service
I bought a vape from this store, but it never worked properly. I reached out to them via email, and they took forever to respond. Then, it took even longer for them to offer an exchange. They made me feel like I was making up the issue with the vape! To make matters worse, I had to pay for the shipping to return it. Not cool at all!
Tank and Battery
So, I went to this vape shop and picked up a tank and a battery, but they were totally messed up or something. I tried to get in touch with them for a whole month and they never got back to me. And can you believe they don't even have their phone number listed anywhere? Like, how am I supposed to get some assistance? So yeah, steer clear of this place if you don't want to be ripped off, seriously.
Kewl stuff
I got some really cool things from this store, but when I needed to return them, it was such a hassle. I had to go through so many hoops just to get a return label. I even had to wait three days for them to respond to my email. And on top of that, they only show positive reviews, not the negative ones. Can't trust them at all.
Overpriced knock-off vape accessories
I can't believe this place has the nerve to sell cheap Chinese knockoffs and claim they're high-quality American goods. I tried to contact them by email, but it was a disaster - all error messages. And their phone number, 123-456-7890, is totally fake. Seems like they're up to some shady stuff. If you want to keep your money safe, stay far away from this place. They're total scammers.
Defective vape
I'm really bummed out about this situation! I bought this vape back in July of 2021 and after only two weeks it just stopped charging out of the blue. I reached out to customer service over a week ago and I haven't heard anything back yet. And when I tried to post a negative review, it somehow vanished into thin air. Seems like they're pulling some shady business moves if you ask me!
Vape pen and cartridges
Hey, so I grabbed this really awesome vape pen and some cartridges from this online store because I saw this TikTok video raving about how great their products are. But, oh boy, it's taking forever for my order to even leave their store. I've been trying to reach out to them, but they're totally ghosting me. This is seriously the worst. Save your money, people, and steer clear of this sketchy site!
Order not received
I ordered something online a few months back, and I still haven't gotten it. I've sent a bunch of emails but haven't heard a peep back. It's super frustrating dealing with zero communication or customer service. Ignoring paying customers is just not cool. Look elsewhere for your vaping stuff and save yourself the hassle.
Replacement parts for a vape
I recently bought some replacement parts for my vape from a shop in New York. Unfortunately, these parts didn't fit my device. I tried getting in touch with their customer service team a bunch of times through their website and email, but didn't get any response. I followed their return policy and sent the items back with a tracking number, and it was delivered on October 1st. But, I haven't heard anything from them about a refund. I tried calling their phone number, but it just goes to voicemail every time and no one ever gets back to me. So, now I'm getting help from my bank to reverse the charges for the purchase.
Vaporizer and accessories
My order was shipped quickly, but unfortunately, I had some problems with the products. I tried reaching out to customer service multiple times through their website, but didn't hear back from them at all. I'm pretty disappointed with how they handled the situation and the fact that my issues are still unresolved.
E-cigarette and vape juice
My time at that vape shop was honestly terrible. I bought an e-cigarette and some vape juice, but I never got my stuff. I tried hitting up customer service a bunch of times, but no one helped me out or fixed the issue. The fact that they never bothered to talk to me or make it right just made me so mad and ripped off. I definitely wouldn't recommend that place to anyone else.
