The shirts I bought are terrible. I only wore them a few times and they started falling apart. It's not cool at all. They really need to make shirts that actually last! Save your money and buy from other French brands that are way better.
Delayed Refund
I had the worst customer service experience with this company. I placed an order, returned it because the clothes didn't fit, but I still haven't received my refund of $355 (order number #FA53967). I've tried to contact customer service multiple times with no response. The return portal was broken, and I couldn't find a return address online. After reaching out on Instagram, I finally got instructions on how to get my refund, but even after they said it was processed, I still haven't seen the money. It's been over a week since I last heard from customer service, and the website is always down for maintenance. I wouldn't recommend buying from this company.
Overpriced mess
The whole ordering process was a complete disaster. The wrong customs documents that the company sent caused my order to be sent back by the shipping company. Ever since then, I've been trying to sort things out, but it's been a total nightmare. The customer service is basically nonexistent, with emails being ignored and phone calls needing way too much chasing up. Even though I was promised a solution, I still haven't gotten a refund or my order. It's really unbelievable that a company would treat its customers like this. I strongly advise staying away from this company at all costs.
