    I have been a client of Ogio for several years now, and I have to say that I am extremely impressed with the quality and durability of their products. I have purchased several backpacks and duffel bags from them, and I have yet to have any issues with any of them.

    The backpacks are designed with functionality and organization in mind, and they have plenty of pockets and compartments to keep all of my gear in place. They are also made with high-quality materials that can withstand the wear and tear of daily use.

    Unsuccessful attempts at purchasing

    I've tried to buy stuff from that website multiple times, but every time I get stuck. I manage to put things in my cart, but as soon as I enter the OTP code, my cart goes empty and I get sent back to the main page. I've tried using Chrome, Safari, Edge, and even my phone to access the site, but the problem doesn't go away. I reached out for help through phone and email, but they weren't very helpful.

    Wheeled briefcase bag with manufacturing fault

    I just bought this wheeled briefcase bag, and it's super convenient, but the main handle has this major flaw. Even though it's supposed to have a "Lifetime" warranty, the handle, which is attached with flimsy plastic, snapped off when I was just using it like normal. It made the whole bag useless, so I contacted the company to get it fixed, but I was pretty let down by their response.

    I had a really bad experience with this company. They not only lost my backpack, but they also showed no compassion for my situation. I told them I needed the backpack for my cancer treatment and medical supplies, but they coldly cared more about their own rules than my health. The person I talked to even had the nerve to ask me which was more important, my bag or my treatment. It was a really sad and unprofessional conversation that made me feel like they didn't care about me as a customer. And on top of all that, I couldn't even give them a zero-star rating, which says a lot about their lack of responsibility and honesty. All in all, a really disappointing and frustrating experience.

    Gifted Ogio bag

    I got this Ogio bag as a gift, but man, it had a pretty big defect from the get-go. At first, I was thinking it was just a crappy bag, but then I saw all these ads online talking about how awesome the brand is and their lifetime warranty. So I took a closer look and noticed that the bag was actually pretty solid, it was just put together wrong. I decided to hit up customer service to see if they could hook me up with a replacement or get it fixed.

    Cancelled order, new order

    Man, I placed an order, and it took them forever to ship it. Then I found this awesome discount and decided to cancel my order and make a new one. I called their support team, and everything seemed cool. But now, I still haven't gotten my refund for the canceled order or any confirmation for the new one. What's the deal with that? They took my money but haven't sent me anything!

    Bag warranty issue

    I had an issue with my bag that I got from your store. It's the Rig 9800 model and I use it a lot for traveling. Sadly, I ran into a problem that was covered by the warranty. But I was let down when the customer service team wouldn't help me out. They didn't want to honor the warranty even though other people had the same problem. Their lack of support and not sticking to their policies left me feeling pretty disappointed with how things went down.

    Christmas gift order

    I just gotta say I'm really disappointed with this company I bought a Christmas gift from. I made the order back in November and was told it was on back-order, which was annoying but I get it. But now it's been months and I haven't heard a peep about when I can expect to get my item. Their customer service is a nightmare to deal with, it feels like I'm pulling teeth trying to get any info. The constant delays and changing dates are driving me crazy. I deserve better communication and honesty when I'm giving a company my business.
