OMG, so I went to get some denim shorts and graphic tees from the store and I was totally surprised when I saw they didn't have my size! Like what!? And then when I tried to order online, they only had really small or really big sizes. Like, I'm just a regular size, you know? And to top it off, I had those cute graphic tees all ready to go in my cart, but then the price shot way up when I went back to check out. Not cool, not cool at all. But hey, at least Old Navy has awesome clothes so I'll just have to make it work.

I just started shopping at this store, and I gotta say, I was really happy with how it all went down. 12 Item Purchase
I ordered 12 things online, but when I got my package, there were only 11 items in there. I called customer service, and let me tell ya, they were no help at all. They just told me to talk to my bank about the missing item. How rude is that? I'm seriously let down by this whole situation and I definitely won't be shopping here anymore.
Cute kid's clothes
So, I was at this place and they had this tiny table for coloring, but get this - it had a big ol' hole in the middle! Then, my little brother decides it's a fantastic idea to climb on it and ends up falling right through, hurting himself pretty bad. And get this - the workers there were super unhelpful and actually had the audacity to blame us for the whole accident! The nerve, right? All they did was hand us a dumb gift card as some sort of weak apology. Needless to say, we are beyond angry and definitely plan on spreading the word about the awful experience we had there!
Oversized and comfortable clothing options.
It's really great to see a store that makes inclusivity a priority, especially when it comes to sizing. The 'Bod-Equality' ads they have really spoke to me because my experience at the store was awesome. I found some oversized clothes that were fashionable and cozy. My friend, who needed larger sizes, was super excited about the choices she had at the store too. It's nice to see them making an effort to accommodate all body types and sizes.
Sneakers purchase
I just bought these sneakers and I gotta say, I'm super happy with how they feel and fit. They're so comfy and exactly what I wanted. Only downside was that it took longer for them to get to me than I thought. But all in all, I'm happy with my buy and would totally shop here again down the line.

Denim jacket and t-shirt
Customer service really varies depending on who you talk to. I've had some not-so-great encounters with reps in India, but had awesome experiences with those in Latin America. It would be awesome if they could put more emphasis on Latin America to make the customer service better overall. The chat feature on the website doesn't work at all and definitely needs to get sorted out, since it's a quicker way to get help. The website itself is kind of a mess, with stuff always shifting around.
Misdirected email receipt
I got someone else's order receipt in my email, so I reached out for some clarification. But let me tell you, it was a total mess - got disconnected twice during a live chat with two different agents. The third agent, Marlika C., was so rude and not helpful at all. I just wanted to make sure my PayPal account was okay and that I didn't get someone else's order by mistake. I didn't even order anything from them and after this terrible customer service, I definitely won't be ordering from them in the future.
Missing items in online order
I ordered some stuff from this website not too long ago, but when I got my package, there were a bunch of items missing. I tried contacting customer service a few times through email, but I never heard back from them. It's pretty disappointing that this company doesn't seem to care about making their customers happy. After dealing with this mess, I can't really trust this brand anymore and I won't be buying from them again.

I was so disappointed with the customer service at this store. It felt like pulling teeth to even get a response from the employees. I wouldn't bother buying anything here, the whole experience was just awful.
Clothes for school
I used to come to this store all the time, but ever since they changed banks, all the good stuff is gone. It’s frustrating because now I have to pay for shipping even though I have their card. I'm heading to other stores that appreciate their cardholders more and the service isn't as great as it used to be either.
Incorrect shipping address issue
I had a frustrating experience with the online system. I placed an order and later realized the shipping address was wrong. I called customer service to fix it, but they couldn't update the address. They told me to cancel the order and make a new one with the correct info. I canceled the order, but somehow it still got shipped to the wrong address. I have to wait for it to be delivered there before I can get a refund. This whole process has been inconvenient and inefficient. I'm worried that by the time I get my money back, the items may not be available at the original price. It should have been an easy fix to change the address in the system.
Leggings purchase
I was really let down by this store recently. I ordered some leggings and when I got my package, I opened it up to find something completely different inside. The person I talked to on the phone said sorry, but I had to pack up the wrong item, print a label, and send it back - all on my own dime. They wouldn't even pick it up. It was a big hassle and they didn't take responsibility for their mistake. On top of that, they didn't offer me anything to make up for the trouble they caused. Totally unacceptable.
Lost order
I ordered something online, but it never made it to me. The supervisor made me pay for it again, even though it wasn't my fault. It's just so unfair!
Boxer briefs missing from order
I bought some boxer briefs from the store the other day but they weren't in my delivery. I contacted customer service but they were so unhelpful and rude. The manager I talked to was especially dismissive and didn't try to fix the problem at all. I was just really annoyed and let down by the terrible customer service.
