Flashlight purchase for everyday carry
As someone who really loves flashlights, I've tried a bunch of different brands to find the perfect everyday carry light. But none of them have matched up to the value, durability, and performance that I've found with this brand. In my opinion, they make the best flashlight for everyday use. Despite some bad press about a few incidents with their lights, I can honestly say they've made big improvements to make their products safer. I use their lights every day with no problems, and they always work great. If you need a reliable, high-quality flashlight for everyday use, I definitely recommend giving them a shot. I've personally collected several of their different models because I'm so impressed with their products. For those new to their brand, I suggest starting with the Warrior Mini 2, a fantastic everyday carry pocket light that's small, dependable, and easy to use. It really stands out in their lineup.

I have been a client of Olight for several years now and I have to say that I am extremely satisfied with their products and services. I recently got the Baton Pro3 flashlight, and let me tell you, it really impressed me! The first one I had worked great, but I ended up losing it. No worries though, I didn't even think twice about ordering another one because I was so happy with how well it worked. The second one showed up quickly and I had no problems at all ordering it online. Yeah, it's a bit pricey, but I don't mind paying more for something that's top-notch quality and super durable. I love how easy it is to charge the flashlight, and it definitely lives up to its tough reputation. All in all, it does exactly what it's supposed to do, and I couldn't be happier with my purchase.

In the past, I've had some problems with this company's customer service and slow shipping. But I gotta admit, things are looking up. I had a faulty item lately and their customer service really stepped up to help me get a replacement. The shipping is also way faster now, which is a major improvement. The website still has a few bugs, but it gets the job done. If you're having trouble reaching them by email, I suggest giving their live chat a try. Overall, I think it's worth giving them another shot.
Olight flashlight fix
Yeah, so I've had these two flashlights forever, but all of a sudden they just stopped working. I decided to send them back and you won't believe it - they sent me two brand new flashlights without any issues or questions. Their service was super cool and now they've got a customer for life in me!
Stellar product quality
Olight's customer service took so long to get back to me, they blamed it on a super long holiday in China. Finally, they said they'd swap out the bad batteries I messed with. Even though it was annoying to wait, I ended up being thankful for them fixing the problem and giving me new batteries for free.
Olighght S2R BATON II
My experience with customer service was amazing. My Olighght S2R BATON II stopped working, but when I contacted the company, I got a quick response. Ellie from the Customer Service team was super helpful and guided me through everything. Even though I made mistakes, they gave me a brand new replacement, which was way better than I expected. The professionalism and support I got were really top-notch.
