Dress, 2. long review content
I bought a dress from this company and it's taking forever to arrive! Seriously, where is my dress?! This company is terrible and they won't even respond to me. I'm so frustrated right now!

The customer service from this company is just awful. I asked for a return more than two weeks ago and haven't heard back from them at all. It's so frustrating not getting any assistance or even a simple reply from a company that's supposed to care about their customers. I really recommend not using this company if you care about decent customer service and quick replies.
Delayed return processing
I sent back something more than two months ago and it's still sitting in line waiting to be processed. They told me it would take about 6 weeks, but it's been way longer than that. I have to keep sending emails to see what's going on, and it's getting really annoying. I wouldn't suggest using this service because they take way too long to process returns.
Order issue and incorrect item
I had a pretty frustrating time with my recent purchase. When I tried to check my order status, I ran into a bunch of issues. I tried to make an account, but the website kept saying my email was already in use, making it hard for me to get important updates about my order. I even tried to reset my password, but I never got the email, and when I reached out for help through email, social media, and phone, nobody got back to me. Finally, after several tries, I was able to get in touch with a customer service rep who fixed the problem with my account.
Dress purchase
I bought this dress from Olivela not too long ago, but the return process ended up being a bit of a mess. The return address they gave me was wrong, so it took forever to get things sorted out. I contacted customer service, but I still haven't seen my refund come through. It's been pretty disappointing dealing with this whole situation and the lack of communication about my return has been really frustrating.
Unauthorized purchase
I had a situation where someone made a fake purchase through this company using my info. They ordered a purse in my name and charged my card without asking me. I tried getting in touch with their customer service in a bunch of ways - phone, email, chat, even messaging them on Instagram - but got no response or help at all. It's not cool how they're not taking responsibility for this and it definitely makes them look bad. Just a heads up to anyone else - be careful when dealing with this company so you don't end up in the same situation.
Xmas gifts ordered in October
I'm really bummed out about how things went down with this company. I ordered a couple small items back in October to give as Christmas presents, but here it is December and I still haven't gotten them. Dealing with customer service has been a nightmare - trying to actually get a hold of someone to talk to is like pulling teeth. Every time I call, I'm stuck leaving a message and then waiting forever for them to get back to me. It's super frustrating and totally not cool.
Designer dress
I bought this fancy dress online thinking it would be top-notch, but when I got it, I was bummed out about the quality. I sent it back right away, and even though they confirmed they got it back, I still haven't gotten my money back after over two months. The fact that they don't keep me in the loop and are taking forever to give me my refund is making me annoyed and disappointed. I really hope they step up their refund game and communicate better so that this doesn't happen to others in the future.
Slow Returns
The return process is taking forever, it's been a month already and they still haven't dealt with it. I appreciate that they donate a portion of their profits to charity, but dealing with them is just not worth it. They are so unorganized! I think I'll just take my business elsewhere.
Bathing suit
Extremely negative experience and this site won’t allow me to give less than 2 stars? Olivela ripped me off for $100 by shipping me something without the tag attached, then refusing to refund my money because the tag wasn’t attached!!

Bad delivery arrangement and unresponsive customer service team . Did not assign signature required over $1000 items shipping via FedEx . Package got stolen outside my house . Olivela CS team never reply to emails and phone calls . No solutions ! no reply ! This is unacceptable. Do not shop in this place !!
