Compression products
The compression products I got from Omni Brace are really amazing. They fit perfectly and have stayed great quality even after I washed them multiple times. I am super impressed with how long-lasting and effective these products are. The customer service at the company is outstanding - they were quick to answer any questions or worries I had. Plus, my package came right on time, which was a nice surprise. Overall, I'm really happy with my shopping experience at Omni Brace and will definitely be coming back for more. Keep it up!
Wrong size, quick fix
I ordered the wrong size but caught it before it shipped. Customer service was awesome and switched it to the right size easily. I would definitely recommend, 10/10!
Tracking email not updating
So, I received this email back on August 23rd with tracking information. Can you believe it's already September 7th and that package hasn't moved an inch? The status is still stuck on "shipping label created awaiting item in Salt Lake City, UT." And when I attempt to send an email to the address they gave me, it says "address not found, can't receive mail" or something like that. Ugh, why is this all going wrong? I've ordered from them before without any issues, but this time it's a total mess.
Ankle brace purchase
I bought an ankle brace from this store that turned out to be really good quality and gave me the support I was looking for. But I gotta say, the customer service was pretty lacking and the shipping took forever. The brace itself was just like they said it would be and worked perfectly for what I needed.
