    I just bought some furniture from One Way Furniture, but man, their customer service has been a nightmare. I've been trying to get in touch about my order for weeks now with no luck. I've sent messages through their website, called multiple times, but no response and no tracking number for my order. Their lack of communication and transparency has left me feeling super frustrated and just really disappointed.

    Let me tell you, dealing with One Way Furniture has been a huge mess. I ordered some furniture online, but like a lot of people, I still haven't gotten it. And on top of that, they already took my money! It's feeling more and more like a scam at this point. The way this company doesn't communicate or be transparent is just terrible. I've tried to contact customer service a bunch of times, but I haven't gotten a good answer yet. Anybody else been through this and actually got their money back? If you have, I'd really appreciate any advice on what to do next.

    Dresser purchase

    Can you believe it? So I ordered this dresser from this company, thinking it would show up in 3-4 weeks. They charged my card right away, but never sent me any info on when it would be shipped. Trying to talk to a real person was impossible. Finally, I got a ship date estimate of 7 weeks, which came and went with no word. When I followed up, they pushed it back another 3 weeks. Starting to smell something bad here, I tried to cancel and get a refund, but they said it was already sent. Turns out, it hadn't even been picked up from the manufacturer. What a disaster! They're being sneaky, their service stinks, and the customer service is terrible. I had to step in and dispute the charge with my credit card company.

    Furniture for my living room

    I tried to order some furniture for my living room and let me just say, it was a complete disaster. The website had limited customer service hours on the phone and didn't even have an email listed - I mean, that's just sketchy. It really seemed like dealing with One Way Furniture was all about them and not about the customer. Plus, the fact that they didn't have a physical address anywhere on their site was a major warning sign for me. When I tried to use PayPal, I had some issues with redirects that made me question their online security. And don't even get me started on the checkout process - even after registering and signing in, I had to re-enter all of my info at checkout. What a pain. Needless to say, they didn't get my sale or my trust with all of these obstacles in the way.

    I bought some bar stools less than a year ago, and wouldn't you know it, one of them already broke. So, I reached out to the company, and they basically said they couldn't help and told me to contact the manufacturer, Powell. Well, Powell was no help either. This was my first time buying furniture online, and let me tell you, it'll be my last. I really wish I had looked into things more and read some reviews before making the purchase. I am beyond unhappy with the quality of the furniture and the lack of customer service. Lesson learned - always do your homework before buying something!

    Bedroom furniture set

    The customer service from this company is really disappointing. I bought a bedroom furniture set not too long ago, and it's been stuck on hold for over a week now. I called customer service twice, but the people I talked to didn't really know much about what was going on with my order. It's annoying to see my credit card get charged right away, but I still don't know when my order will actually ship. This has definitely been the worst online shopping experience I've had in over ten years. I'd suggest to others to avoid this company.

    Bunk bed for my little bro

    Oh my gosh, ordering from them was the pits! I bought a bunk bed for my little bro, but they sent the wrong one and wouldn't refund or exchange it. They promised sales and discounts that never materialized. Dealing with their customer service was like hitting my head against a brick wall. Definitely would not recommend wasting your money here!

    My experience with One Way Furniture really let me down. At first, they said it would take about a week to ship my order, which was already longer than I wanted to wait. But then, right after I ordered, they told me there would be a big delay. When I called to ask about the new timeline, they said it would be another seven weeks. I wasn't okay with that, so I decided to cancel my order and buy from somewhere else. But then, out of the blue, One Way Furniture said they had the item in stock and shipped it anyway, even though I had canceled.

    Stone kitchen table purchase

    I got this stone kitchen table from the store, paid $400, thinking I was getting a great deal. But, just 20 months later, the stone started falling apart because the cement holding it together failed. I contacted Customer Service for help, but they said the warranty expired and basically told me to buy a better table. Can you believe that? Terrible customer service, right?

    I just ordered a desk from One Way Furniture, but I'm having some issues getting updates on my order. I paid $604 almost 9 days ago, and I still haven't gotten any info on when it's gonna be shipped. The estimated ship date has already come and gone, and I haven't even been given a tracking number. I tried reaching out to customer service by email because I couldn't get through on the phone. The only reply I got was an automated email saying they'd follow up, but I haven't heard anything since. Since they're not communicating with me, I've decided to cancel my order.

    My time with One Way Furniture was a total letdown. They described their products all wrong, leaving me super confused and irritated. And don't even get me started on their return policy - you had to pay to send the stuff back and also pay back the original free shipping. Plus, once you put the thing together, it was game over - no returns. It was impossible to know if the product was what they said it was. Long story short, steer clear of One Way Furniture.

    I bought a table from One Way Furniture, and the top of the table got sent to the wrong person by mistake. When they finally got it back, it was super damaged. I tried emailing and calling multiple times, but got no response about a replacement. The lack of communication and unhelpful customer service was driving me crazy. Now I'm just waiting for an update, but this whole experience has been really disappointing so far.

    Bunk beds for my room

    So I bought these bunk beds from a furniture store and they are just straight up awful! The beds don't fit together properly, one of the legs is busted, and they are literally falling apart - so not safe at all. I've been going back and forth with these people for what feels like forever trying to fix it, but they just keep dragging their feet. They keep saying they'll send parts or asking for more pictures, like how many do you need to see that these beds are garbage?! I even tried to return them and they said the return cost would be more than just keeping them, can you believe that? They act all surprised when I tell them the beds are useless, like they've never had any issues before, total scammers. Now I'm stuck with these useless beds and have to fork out for new ones for my kiddos, what a nightmare.
