Control top pantyhose
The control top pantyhose from this store are awesome for curvier women like me. They fit perfectly and I buy them all the time for work. But, I recently had an issue with their customer service and return policy that really let me down. When I got my order, the "Taupe" color stockings looked just like the color "Brown", which I can't wear to my professional office job. I called customer service to explain the mix-up, but they said I had to pay for return shipping if I wanted to send it back. I felt like since their website had the wrong picture, the company should've owned up to it. The customer service rep was rude and made me feel dumb, which wasn't cool. I even wrote a letter with the return, but got no response. So, I decided to take my business somewhere else that values good customer service.
Bali Bras, Basic Sexy Underwear
I am so excited about finding my Bali Satin Tracings Minimizer Bras. I have been wearing these bras for over18 years. They are so comfortable and uplifting that I sleep in them. I was sad when I could not find them. I ordered 5 new ones, so that I will have some for a long while. I am a 44G and the fit is great and the price AMAZING. The only down side is when underwire goes so does the comfort, but with careful preservation, only air drying the life of the bra is long lasting. Thank you for your service.
Cheap prices, fast delivery
I stumbled upon this awesome website with crazy cheap prices, and when I placed my order it arrived right on schedule. But then when I tried to find something else, the search button was acting up and wouldn't show me what I wanted. It kept giving me stuff that wasn't available in my size. If they can get that fixed, I'd definitely shop there again because I don't have time to sift through everything myself. Ain't nobody got time for that, especially not me.
Leggs Sheer Energy pantyhose purchase
I bought these Leggs Sheer Energy pantyhose at the store, and when I opened them up, they weren't what I was expecting. They were supposed to be the sheer energy type, but they felt more like the full support ones. I was so confused, like did I get the wrong ones or something? I still wore them and they were okay, but they just weren't what I had in mind, you know?
Bra purchase
I just bought a bra from this company, but it didn't fit right. I sent it back right away, but I was bummed to hear it would take 4 to 8 weeks to get my money back. I get that things take time, but waiting up to 2 months for a refund seems like a lot, especially since they took my money off my account so quickly. Customer service couldn't help speed things up, which was annoying. Overall, I was unhappy with the whole situation and won't be shopping there again.
Sports bra purchase
Hey everyone! So I gotta vent about this purchase I made recently. I ordered something on Nov 25 and then on Nov 26, I tried to change the size, no big deal right? Wrong. They said it was too late to adjust it, even though it hadn't shipped yet. So, I was patient, thinking at least it would get to me quickly. But now it's Dec 2 and the order still hasn't even shipped. So I tried to send an email to ask for the size change again since they're clearly taking their sweet time, but I couldn't find an email address anywhere. Can you believe that?
Bras
This place has the ABSOLUTE WORST service and customer service. First, they said they shipped my entire order when only pieces arrived. I had to call, wait on line forever to speak to someone. There is no CHAT or Email available. Then I was told that the other items would be arriving later. Well, those items arrived, and instead of the bra I ordered, I received a set of panties. No way to contact them. On hold forever. I finally gave up. I'm contacting my credit card company to process a complaint and full refund because there is no one to address any customer issues. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THESE PEOPLE UNLESS YOU WANT NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS.
I ordered from this company on Jan. 31. Still have not gotten my order. I tried calling the toll free number, however, it is apparently not in service. I am calling my credit card company and refusing this charge. Will not order from this company again!
