I ordered this really cute swimsuit for my vacation, but it never arrived! I was really disappointed, but I contacted customer service and this girl named Jo-Hannah was amazing! She fixed everything so fast and made sure I got my swimsuit just in time for my trip. Thank you so much, Jo-Hannah!
Swimshorts with faulty anglets
I bought a couple of swimshorts from this company not too long ago. I wore them a few times and washed them by hand like they said, but then the aglets fell off. These swimshorts were $140 each, so I was really hoping for better quality. When I contacted customer service, they told me it was past the 14-day return policy and wouldn't help me with the issue. I was really let down by the lack of responsibility and quality control from this brand.
Swimming shorts
I bought some swim trunks online lately and it was a major bummer. Everything started off fine with the ordering, but when the shorts arrived, they were the wrong size. I tried contacting customer service through email a bunch of times to figure out how to return them, but they never got back to me. I ended up sending the shorts back, but I never got my money back. I was really disappointed with how the company handled things - no communication or help at all.
Fleece pants and vest
I'm really bummed about the stuff I bought recently. The zippers on the fleece pants totally busted on me the first time I put them on, and the pocket on the vest tore apart the very first time I wore it. I shelled out some serious cash for this stuff, so I definitely expected better quality. I wouldn't suggest buying stuff from this place, for sure.
Lounge shorts gift
I was so pumped to get a pair of lounge shorts as a gift, but man, was I let down. The quality just didn't cut it. The stitching on one seam was so bad that the shorts fell apart after just a couple of wears and washes. I tried reaching out to customer service, but no luck - they said they couldn't help since the shorts weren't bought directly from their website. I felt so frustrated and disappointed by the lack of support from the brand. I'll definitely think twice before buying anything else from them, especially with their pricey stuff and low quality.
