Fabric order
I messed up by not checking the reviews before I ordered fabric online. I waited around for 3-4 days with no updates, so I finally decided to contact customer service. The person I talked to through email was super responsive and helpful. They told me that my order had already been sent out, except for one item that was out of stock. They only charged me for the stuff that got shipped and quickly took care of canceling the unavailable item. The shipping cost was a little high, but I figured it was because they used express service and I'm way out here on the west coast. I got my order really fast and was pretty happy with the customer service and the way they kept in touch through the whole thing.
Great option for home interior
Very useful products of current days all over the world as I know.
This is a very good idea to replace chemical paint to wallpapers .I had this plan ,after clean cover of putty I will use wall paper in my extended new room.Just to see which one is looking best.
Two rolls of Banana groves green and four rolls of white brick wallpapers i booked from Fabric store.Before booking i had a short discussion with their technical person said about actual area of work.According I booked .
Now I can say when combination if these (Green and white) pasted all over except ceiling, overall looks found just mind blowing .I didn't expect that much.Fabric
I gotta say, I've ordered fabric three times now, and every time it's been absolutely perfect! What I really love is they always include some extra fabric in case it's not cut straight, which is a really nice touch. And to top it off, the delivery has been right on the money each time. You can bet I'll be coming back here to order again!
My recent backordered purchase
I just wanna share that I bought something online and at first, it was out of stock. They said it would ship on a certain day but then it got delayed. I contacted customer service again and they were nice and tried to help me out. Luckily, my order finally shipped the next day and arrived today. I wanted to let y'all know it all worked out in the end.
Roman shade project
I got some fabric for my Roman Shade project, but only part of it showed up. I've been trying to get in touch with the company, but they haven't gotten back to me. I really should have read some reviews before I decided to order from them.
Drapery fabric and lining material
I ordered this really awesome fabric for my room but then they hit me with the news that it was out of stock like 11 days later. I was super annoyed because I had to cancel my whole order. But then guess what? They went ahead and sent me the lining material anyways and charged me extra for shipping. Ugh, like really?
Fabric purchase for quilting project
I recently bought a bunch of fabrics online for a quilting project. Ordering was easy, got a confirmation email right after. But, when my package arrived, more than half the stuff I ordered was missing. Emailed customer service and found out the missing items were back ordered. The website didn't have proper tracking or stock info, which was annoying. And the updates on back orders were all over the place, making it even more confusing and inconvenient.
Refund not processed
I had a pretty bad experience with this online fabric store. I asked for a refund because the item I got wasn't what I expected. Two different reps told me three times that they issued the refund, but when I checked my credit card statement, I saw that it never actually happened. So, I had to go through the trouble of disputing it with my credit card company, which was a pain. I really thought this store would be great, but their failure to follow through on refunds has left me feeling annoyed and let down.
108 tulle bolts
Oh my gosh, this company is seriously the worst. I ordered 2 bolts of 108 tulle and they didn't even have it in stock. Can you believe that? It took them 10 days just to let me know! I mean, come on, I need my fabric! And when I called to figure out what was up, the first customer service rep straight up hung up on me. So rude, right? The second one wasn't any better, just apologized and kind of blew me off. Not cool at all. Seriously, do not buy from them!
Fabric for a sewing project
I was really disappointed with my experience at this store. I ordered some fabric for a sewing project and I had to wait five whole weeks before I found out my order was canceled. They didn't even bother to explain why. This lack of communication and customer service is just not okay.
Waited forever, cancelled order
I ordered some fabric back on May 1st, and here it is June 25th, and I still have no clue where my stuff is. I tried looking online, but didn't find a thing. Shot off a couple of emails on different days and heard nothing until I finally gave up and canceled my order. Seriously annoying! This shop is just not worth all the hassle.
