Excellent collections for pets Food is that what pets likes Not what we give So Natural pet offers of natural food for dogs and cats in particular is heaven for pets I personally checked this difference once they tasted these foods always crazy about on their feeding times.

I was super impressed with all the natural pet products they had on their website. It was so easy to find what I needed for my furry buddy. And let me tell ya, the shipping was crazy fast! My order got to me in perfect shape. Plus, when I had a question about one of the products, the customer service team really knew their stuff and helped me out a bunch. All in all, it was a really great shopping experience.
Hemp chews for our old dog Chico
Our dog Chico, he's a full-blooded Pocket Pit, was having some trouble with his joints and losing muscle. It was really hard to see him struggling to walk. We decided to give those hemp chews a shot and wow, what a difference! Chico is looking and acting so much better and happier these days. We're super grateful for helping our furry buddy feel more like himself again!
Pet food purchase
I just bought pet food from this store and it was amazing! The products were way better than I thought they'd be and my pet really enjoyed it. The customer service was also really great - the staff knew what they were talking about and were super helpful. I'll definitely be coming back for more in the future.
Senior Mobility CBD chews
I've been giving my senior pup the Senior Mobility CBD chews for a good amount of time now, but guess what? I stumbled upon not one, but two wood pieces in the chews! Can you believe it? I was furious, so I tried reaching out to customer service, but let me tell you, it was a disaster. Thankfully, they finally paid attention to my complaint after I left a not-so-nice review. I decided to give them another chance and ordered two more containers from their website, only to find yet another wood chip in one of them. I mean, come on! This is just not right. I'm beyond disappointed with their lack of care and attention to detail. If you're thinking about buying anything from this company, be careful of those sneaky wood pieces!
Dry cat food purchase
The dry cat food is top-notch quality and my pet is obsessed with it. But, let me tell you, the auto-delivery service has been a hot mess. I signed up thinking it would be smooth sailing, but I keep running into delays with no heads up. It's a real headache not having my fur baby's food show up on time.
Dog food order gone wrong
I can't believe what happened with my order! I've been a loyal customer for so long and this time they really messed up. They sent me two bags of food that expire in just ONE month! How does that even happen? When I contacted customer service, they weren't even sorry about it. There's no way I can use all that food in such a short time, but when I asked to return it, they said I had to pay for shipping, which would basically cost as much as the food. What a ripoff! They didn't care about keeping me as a customer. I'm really let down.
Large order of immunity supplements for 15 rescue kitties
I recently bought some immunity supplements for my 15 rescue kitties hoping to help them stay healthy, especially after one of them had a tough time battling a URI. Sadly, my experience with these products was a huge letdown. The Senior Vitamins smelled awful, like burnt plastic, which made me worried about giving it to my furry friends. The flavored bone broths also fell short despite their fancy names, as they had no smell or taste when I tried them myself. I even mixed them into the cats' food, but all 15 of them turned up their noses and refused to eat.
Autoship order woes
I'm so frustrated with this online pet store! I placed an order and then realized I might have accidentally signed up for autoship. But when I tried to log in to my account to check, the website kept telling me I didn't even have one. Turns out my order got put on autoship without me knowing, and it was way more expensive than I expected! Customer service finally told me that I did have an account, and then I got a "welcome" email for an account that supposedly didn't exist. But it was too late - my autoship order had already been sent to my old address, and I was already charged for it.
Dog food purchase
This company is a total joke. I shelled out extra cash for "2day FedEx" delivery thinking my dog's food would show up at my door pronto, but nope - it ended up in a stupid parcel locker because they used the cheapest USPS. On top of that, my email complaints about the whole mess were straight-up ignored. And those spam emails? Forget about it - trying to "unsubscribe" just gets you even more spam! Such a rip-off.
Wholesome Homemade dog food
I was pretty bummed about how things went down at that pet store. I was really hoping to build a good relationship, but they let me down a bunch of times in the past year. One big issue was that they didn't keep me in the loop about product availability. The brand of dog food I always get for my fur babies, Wholesome Homemade, was out of stock three times even though I had a standing order. That was a pain for me and my pets. On top of that, sometimes they gave me more stuff than I paid for, but other times they charged me more without giving me a heads up. That lack of transparency is sketchy and shows they've got some issues with their supply chain and customer service. The whole experience was a letdown, and I'm not sure if I'll give them my business again.
Venison Jerky Treats
I recently splurged on some venison jerky treats for my dog's birthday, paying a whopping $300. I was pumped to treat my furry buddy to her fave flavor, but sadly, the treats were hard as a rock and were set to expire in just a few weeks. When I got in touch with customer service to chat about a return, I was shocked by their lack of care and professionalism. They not only made me foot the bill for shipping back the stale treats, but they also went ahead and axed my upcoming dog food delivery without even asking me. And then, to top it all off, they sent me a bunch of wild emails claiming I used some coupon that I had never even touched. It was clear as day to me that they cared more about their profits than keeping customers happy and making sure my furbaby was good to go.
PowerFunction Skin & Coat Dinner purchase
This product is such a ripoff! I bought the PowerFunction Skin & Coat Dinner thinking it would be packed with super food bites and 100% raw wild salmon, but the bag was practically empty. When I contacted customer service, they were so rude and not helpful at all. They just brushed me off and told me to return it to the store without even trying to make things right. Stay away from this company!
