My all time favourite online store
OpenSky is one of the very few online stores I buy from including Amazon, eBay. I must say it is truly competing with another such e-commerce store. I find so awesome stuff here.
I recently bought jeans, a few weeks ago. It delivered right on time. Then ordered some home stuff. Amazing.
Must try.

The office chairs I ordered came pretty quickly and looked nice. The quality was decent, felt like it matched the price. Setting them up was a little annoying, but not too hard. They weren't super comfy, but I found some great cushions to fix that. I just wish the backs were higher for better support when you lean back. All in all, the chairs worked out well for me without breaking the bank.
Blender purchase
My experience with OpenSky was decent. Ordering was easy and my package arrived pretty quickly. But, the blender I bought seemed like it was definitely remanufactured. It doesn't have the oomph I was hoping for, especially when I compare it to my old non-remanufactured one. And every time I use it, I notice a weird overheating smell, which has me a bit worried.
Topiary purchase
I got my order really quickly after I placed it. The topiary I got is amazing - it's around 4 feet tall with lush leaves tightly wrapped around the main stem. It fits in perfectly with my other round topiaries on my deck, especially since I can't have real plants out there with all the sun and heat. These topiaries are an awesome substitute!
Cute unicorn pajamas
I got these super cute unicorn pajamas and I was so excited to wear them to my next sleepover! But when I went to pay for them, they only took out some money from my account every month. I called them and they said they would fix it, but they never did. Then, it got worse - I lost my card and couldn't log into my account anymore. I tried calling them, but no one answered. It's like they all disappeared or something. Now I can't pay for my pajamas, and I'm worried it's going to mess up my credit. Ugh, why is this happening to me?
Unreliable ordering system
I had a super annoying experience with ordering from OpenSky recently. I ordered twice, but both times they canceled my order without even telling me why. I tried reaching out to customer service for some answers, but no one got back to me. The items I wanted are still up on their site, which just makes things even more confusing and frustrating. It's like OpenSky just wants to get your info and spam your inbox. If you're thinking about using OpenSky, I'd say be careful and get ready for possible letdowns.
Cool backpack
This company is seriously so awesome. I got this really cool backpack, but then it got ruined by the stupid weather like a week later. But oh my gosh, the customer service was unbelievable. They were so nice and helpful. I felt like a VIP or something. I'm so thrilled with my experience and would absolutely recommend all my friends to shop here.
Clothes order disaster
I ordered some clothes and oh man, they took forever to get here! And guess what? When they finally showed up, they were like super low quality, like not at all what I expected from the pictures. And to top it off, customer service was no help at all! Ugh, definitely not making that mistake again!
Gold card purchase
I just bought a gold card from OpenSky while I was on vacation in Florida. I signed up for the card and got it while I was still on vacation. But when I got back home, I saw a charge of $90 plus late fees and penalties all on the very day I returned. And to top it off, the card hadn't even been activated yet! This whole thing made me feel annoyed and like I got ripped off. So be careful, shoppers, watch out for this shady business practice.
Skull leggings purchase
I just bought a pair of leggings online that were supposed to be black with white skulls, but they ended up being green with different skulls than what was advertised. The prices on OpenSky.com are way too high and the quality of the product is not worth it. I think this website is just another cheap knockoff place like WISH.
Wall Clock
I bought this wall clock for a hundred bucks, but when I got it, the package was a mess and the clock was all smashed up. I tried to send it back, but the label they gave me didn't work. Customer service wasn't much help either. They said the supplier wasn't answering so I should just toss it.
Jewelry purchase
I'm a customer at OpenSky and I gotta say, I was pretty bummed out about my recent jewelry purchase. I was so stoked at first, but the item I got was totally not up to par in terms of quality and how it looked. And don't even get me started on the customer service - they were zero help and just left me feeling all kinds of annoyed. I'd tell anyone thinking of buying something from OpenSky to really look into it first.
Overall Purchase
I just bought a couple pairs of overalls and a top. But, I only got one pair of overalls, and my order basically vanished! I checked online and it's like I never even placed an order. I'm working with customer service to sort out the missing overalls situation. It sucks not getting what you bought, but I'm glad they're trying to fix it.
Order issue and overcharged
I bought something on OpenSky recently, and man, did things go wrong. Supposed to get a nice discount, but they ended up charging me way too much. Tried to contact customer support through email, but the email they gave wasn't even valid. It's just making me even more mad. Now I'm stuck with something that cost way more than it should have, and no simple way to fix it. I'm super let down and not happy with OpenSky at all now.
Return issue
This company totally dropped the ball when it came to returning an item I wasn't happy with. They wouldn't take it back without warning, even though it wasn't a final sale or clearance item. I was super bummed out by their lack of customer service and flexibility.
Customer Service Experience
I have to say, my experience with OpenSky as a customer was pretty disappointing. I was actually thinking about canceling my account, but then I found a charge on there that I didn't know about, and it turned out to be fraudulent. I was hit with fees because of it, and by the time I got a notice, I was feeling really frustrated. It's concerning that OpenSky didn't let me know about the fraudulent charge sooner, it just caused me a bunch of stress and hassle.
