so freaking good !!!!
For my prom , i needed the suit and i did so many try and test from different options . I was so exhausted at the end , but i got this one at that time and i bought the two suits from here , just in case one didn't go the way i like .
But turned out they both are so damn good. I am going to wear to this science faction which is black in color and the next one i bought was which is good but i am not sure wearing it is Dinner jacket , red and black in color

I just wanted to share how happy I am with my recent purchase from this company. I ordered a suit back on December 3rd and it made its way to me in Italy by December 13th. The suit was nicely packaged and it fit me like a glove, all thanks to their size chart and suggestion to go up a size. It was really well-made with precise cuts, and I couldn't be happier with it. Just wanted to say keep doing what you're doing, and thank you!
Full suit order
I got a full suit from this company but it came with a red stain on the collar and the stitching was really bad. I reached out to customer service to ask for a new jacket since that was the only part that was messed up. They told me I had to send the suit back to the Netherlands, even though I got it from the UK site, and that I couldn't just send back the jacket. It was super frustrating because I just needed a new jacket and didn't have time to wait around for a whole new suit. Their communication was terrible and all they offered me was a discount code instead of a refund. The whole experience was awful and I wouldn't recommend anyone else buy from them. I really wish I had checked the reviews first.
Return experience
I bought something and didn't really like it. When I tried to return it, customer service took forever to help me out. I had to keep sending emails again and again, and all I got was the same copied and pasted response each time! It was super frustrating! But then I requested to speak with someone higher up, and all of a sudden things started moving quicker. Hopefully, I'll get my refund soon.
Suit order
I've been a loyal customer of this company for a while now, but recently I ordered a suit and ran into a problem with the sizing. Despite spending a ton of money on suits from them in the past, the sizing this time around was really confusing and not accurate. When I tried to exchange it for a bigger size, I was surprised to find out that they don't do exchanges. Instead, I had to fork over a bunch of cash for shipping to send the suit back and then buy the right size all over again. So now I'm left without a suit and with more expenses too. That kind of customer service is just not okay with me, so I won't be buying directly from them again. If you're thinking about buying from them, I recommend checking out Amazon instead - they give you prepaid shipping labels for returns.
Suit for an event
I recently bought a suit from this company for an event and let me tell you, it was a total letdown. The suit was low quality, the sizes listed on their website were way off, and the customer service was a nightmare to deal with. And get this - when I tried to return the suit, I had to foot the bill to ship it back to some far-off place overseas, which they conveniently forgot to mention when I bought it. Dealing with the return was a costly, slow process, and it took forever to get my money back, if I even did. Save yourself the trouble and stay far away from this company.
Suit Return
I can't believe the awful service I got when I returned a suit that wasn't even that great, especially considering how much it cost. It seriously took me 2 whole months of constantly bugging them to finally get my money back. And on top of that, I had to pay for the shipping to return it. The whole thing was a total nightmare. Their communication was terrible, with emails giving me different info about my return and refund every day. It was like a huge hassle just to get my money back. Overall, it was a disaster and I wouldn't recommend dealing with this company to anyone.
Missing Mario Suit
I wanna tell y'all about this time I bought a Mario suit from a website and never got it. I didn't even get an email or tracking info, so after waiting forever, I ended up buying a similar suit from another site. It was a major letdown not knowing what was going on, especially since the suit wasn't cheap. Definitely recommend y'all check reviews before buying stuff online to avoid a situation like mine.
Suit Return Experience
Man, let me tell you about this suit I bought and tried to return. It was a total letdown. I mean, I waited forever just to hear back about the return, and then they went and denied it even though I sent it back all nice and clean in the original packaging. Honestly, I wouldn't suggest buying straight from that company. Your best bet is to go through a middleman like Amazon, where returns are way smoother.

I just ordered a suit, but I've been having some issues with tracking and communication. My order seems to be stuck in the Netherlands with the courier, and I haven't been able to get the necessary paperwork despite reaching out to the company. It's frustrating because there's no phone number to talk to someone directly. On top of that, the shipping costs were high for the delays and lack of updates. I wouldn't recommend this company to others because of the poor service.
Harleking Suit
I recently bought the Harleking Suit and ran into some issues with the sizing. It's kind of a pain that you can only pick the jacket size because the pants ended up not fitting me right. I tried fixing the pants like the instructions said with the extra fabric they gave me, but they still didn't fit. So when I contacted customer service for help, it was a letdown to hear that they couldn't give me a partial refund or exchange since I had already changed the fit. That was frustrating, especially since they told me to make alterations in the first place. It's definitely a downside that you can't choose pant sizes when getting a suit set, and it left me feeling pretty disappointed with my whole shopping experience.
Recent order
I bought something from this company recently and had a pretty bad experience. I had to send back an item and I made sure to send it with proof of postage, but they said they never got it. When I contacted customer service, they weren't much help and told me I should have paid extra for tracking to make sure I got a refund. It's frustrating that they didn't make this clear when I was returning the item. Plus, having to pay even more for return shipping on top of what I already spent was a pain. I agree with other unhappy customers who have had similar problems. The way they handle returns is really unclear and seems like they don't care much about keeping their customers happy.
