High-Performance PCs Built with Care
I am a long-time client of Origin PC, and I have had nothing but positive experiences with the company. The custom building process is easy to navigate, and the customer service team is incredibly helpful and responsive. I have purchased multiple high-performance PCs from Origin, and each one has exceeded my expectations in terms of speed and overall performance.
One thing I particularly appreciate about Origin is their attention to detail. They take the time to understand my specific needs and make recommendations based on that, instead of just trying to upsell me on the most expensive options. And when I do have an issue or a question, their support team is always quick to respond and provide a resolution.

My experience with Origin PC was really great from the beginning to the end. I ran into a problem with financing my order, and even asked for some changes after I placed it. But Origin PC went out of their way to make sure everything was correct and my order was shipped quickly. The customer service team was always there to help and give advice throughout the ordering process. They really knew their stuff and gave me recommendations tailored to my gaming needs. The only small issue I had was having to use an external financing company instead of being able to finance directly through Origin PC. But I definitely suggest their services to anyone looking for a customized PC.
High-end PC with hard loop CPU & GPU
I recently bought a top-of-the-line PC with a custom water-cooled CPU & GPU from your company. Let me tell you, this system blew me away! The whole process was smooth - I got quick responses, the system shipped on time, and the delivery was hassle-free thanks to Omni logistics. When the PC arrived, it was in pristine condition and the setup was a breeze. As soon as I turned it on, I could tell the care and detail that went into making this bad boy. From start to finish, this whole experience was awesome, and I couldn't be happier with my purchase.
Custom PC build
The whole process of building my Custom PC went really smoothly and efficiently. I liked getting those email updates about how everything was going, it made me feel more involved. It took about a week to finish building the PC which was totally fine with me. So far, the PC is working great and doing everything I need it to. One little idea for making it even better would be to add a 'quick set up' sheet, especially for those smaller PC cases. It can be a bit confusing at first trying to load things from the bottom, so that might help out.

The customer service at this company is amazing! I just bought a fancy new PC and they kept me in the loop every step of the way. The support team really went out of their way to make sure I was happy and informed throughout the whole process. I even had a question late at night and they got back to me right away, even though I'm sure it was a bad time for them. Their commitment to customer service really makes them stand out.
New Gaming PC
I recently got my new gaming computer from here and it's absolutely amazing! This is actually my second one and ever since I switched from my old computer to this new one, I haven't had any issues whatsoever. The first time I bought an Origin PC, I was so thrilled with it that I just had to get another one. These computers are lightning fast and they don't come with all that annoying bloatware like my old Dell computer did.
Customized PC purchase
I just got a custom PC from this company and at first, I was a bit worried because I didn't get any updates on my order. But when I contacted the sales team, they were super helpful. They responded fast, answered all my questions patiently, and kept me in the loop with updates. It really put me at ease and I was happy with how they handled everything.
Order received intact and tested
I called in around 3:30pm CST and got helped right away. The person on the other end walked me through how to turn my disabled card back on, and even stayed on the line while I did it. I was really impressed with how they helped me on my very first day with my PC. I highly recommend this company for their amazing support and help.
NT-15 Laptop Purchase
I just got a new NT-15 Laptop from your company and I gotta say, I am super happy with how everything turned out. It only took about a week for the laptop to get to me, and it came with all the customizations I asked for. The communication from you guys during the whole process was great, I always knew what was going on.
Gaming computer
I recently picked up my gaming computer from this one place and oh my god, it is absolutely amazing! The website was really user-friendly and the customer service was incredibly friendly and always quick to reply. When my build arrived, it looked so cool, I was shocked at how detailed it was!
High-end laptop purchase
I recently snagged a fancy new laptop, but had a bit of a rough time with their customer service. The first laptop I got had a busted GPU, but Origin was quick to send a replacement, which took about two weeks to arrive. Unfortunately, I ran into another issue with the replacement, totally my fault, so I had to send it back. This whole process took a while and communicating with Origin wasn't as smooth as I had hoped. I picked Origin because I heard they had great customer service, but getting a hold of them when I needed help was tough. After about three weeks, I finally got a working laptop, thanks to some help from Corsair/Origin management. Despite some bumps in the road, I think Origin is a solid company with top-notch hardware, but they could definitely improve their customer support.
Custom-built computer
Even though I usually put together my own computers, this time I took a chance and bought a custom-built one from this company less than two years back, all because of some recommendations. Sadly, within just a year and five months, I faced four different issues, two of them were actually with the same hardware part. I tried reaching out to the company for help, but I got the feeling they were just stringing me along with empty promises about fixing the problems. In the end, they basically told me tough luck, nothing they could do, and that I should figure it out on my own. The fact that I couldn't find any warranty info for the individual parts in my Origin account was really frustrating. I mean, I spent $5000 on this computer and being left to deal with all these problems by myself was pretty discouraging.
