Great Collections
Using ORORO apparels since long time .In fact my better half who introduced ORORO through a link and since then I am a regular user of band jackets ,coats and trousers from here
What is best part of ORORO..Quality apparels and reliable stitches. Very difficult to neglect any color either trousers,coats or jackets full or sleeve,
Cost wise ,yes this may be an area some one replan their purchase but in my view if you believe in quality apparel and gentle colors with fine finishing , can't be avoided. So check at least once and write your experience
Deliveries and customer back up team is is as per expectations. They give enough time to return if anyone wish to do so .Heated vest for upcoming trip to Iceland
I decided to go ahead and get a heated vest for my upcoming trip to Iceland. I ended up finding a really good deal on one, so I went for it and ordered a large size according to the size guide they had online. However, when it showed up, it was way too big on me. I reached out to customer service and they suggested that instead of exchanging it, I should just order a medium and return the large one because of my tight schedule. They were super quick in getting my new order processed and I got the medium vest just in time for my trip. They also handled the refund for the large vest really quickly. The customer service was amazing and they totally saved me right before my trip.
Heated vest purchase
I recently bought a heated vest, but it didn't come with a battery like I thought it would. At first, I was bummed out and worried that fixing this would be a huge hassle. But, I was pleasantly surprised by how awesome the customer service was from the company. Hong and Marj, the reps, were super professional and nice when they helped me out. They really went above and beyond to make sure I got a replacement quickly. Just 4 days after contacting them, I had a new vest in my hands. I was seriously impressed by the great service and I wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again. Plus, I'm really loving my heated vest!
Heated jacket purchase
I just got this heated jacket and it was really great quality and worked awesome. But then, after wearing it a few times, the button suddenly stopped working and that was a real pain for me. I decided to contact customer service and they took care of it super fast and did a really good job. They offered to send me a new jacket without me having to jump through any hoops, which I thought was really nice of them. The customer service folks were so friendly, helpful, and really went out of their way to make sure I was happy. I'm definitely going to keep buying stuff from them because of the amazing service they provided.
Vest fixed for free
I really didn't expect fixing my vest to be so easy! The staff over there was super helpful and had everything done in no time. They kept me in the loop with updates every day. In the end, I got a completely new vest without paying a dime. I couldn't believe how excellent their service was!
Heated vest purchase
The customer service team was amazing! I reached out to them in the evening and got a response in just an hour, totally unexpected but so great. Wrong size exchange
So, guess what! My mom got me this heated vest for my birthday, but she accidentally got the wrong size. This guy Jay was so helpful – he helped me pick out the right size and walked us through how to exchange it. And get this, I learned that the Men's Tall size is actually 3 inches longer than the Men's Regular size. Who would've thought? Plus, the best part is that the exchange shipping was totally free! I got myself an ORORO heated vest and darn, only wore it twice when the battery wouldn't charge. It had been almost a year since I bought it because of the weather. I reached out to customer service and talked to Canny. She was super nice and helpful, offered to replace my battery and charger for free. I really appreciate the top-notch customer service I got from the company.
Recent purchase of heated vests
I just bought some heated vests from this company and let me tell you, I'm really happy with them. They heat up fast and you can throw them in the wash easily, which is super convenient. One thing I really liked was that they came with a 3 year warranty. When one of my vests stopped working after a year, I contacted customer service to use the warranty. I gotta say, I got this awesome ORORO heated jacket for my birthday, and man was it amazing! Unfortunately, when it arrived, the storage bag was torn open and I lost the charger. So I reached out to customer service, and let me tell you, Canny was fantastic. She sent me a new charger and bag super quick, and I couldn't be more pleased with how they handled it. I'm definitely gonna spread the word about this company and their products to all my friends!
