    What is best part of ORORO..Quality apparels and reliable stitches. Very difficult to neglect any color either trousers,coats or jackets full or sleeve,
    Cost wise ,yes this may be an area some one replan their purchase but in my view if you believe in quality apparel and gentle colors with fine finishing , can't be avoided. So check at least once and write your experience
    Deliveries and customer back up team is is as per expectations. They give enough time to return if anyone wish to do so .

    Heated vest for upcoming trip to Iceland

    I decided to go ahead and get a heated vest for my upcoming trip to Iceland. I ended up finding a really good deal on one, so I went for it and ordered a large size according to the size guide they had online. However, when it showed up, it was way too big on me. I reached out to customer service and they suggested that instead of exchanging it, I should just order a medium and return the large one because of my tight schedule. They were super quick in getting my new order processed and I got the medium vest just in time for my trip. They also handled the refund for the large vest really quickly. The customer service was amazing and they totally saved me right before my trip.

    I recently bought a heated vest, but it didn't come with a battery like I thought it would. At first, I was bummed out and worried that fixing this would be a huge hassle. But, I was pleasantly surprised by how awesome the customer service was from the company. Hong and Marj, the reps, were super professional and nice when they helped me out. They really went above and beyond to make sure I got a replacement quickly. Just 4 days after contacting them, I had a new vest in my hands. I was seriously impressed by the great service and I wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again. Plus, I'm really loving my heated vest!

    Wrong size exchange

    So, guess what! My mom got me this heated vest for my birthday, but she accidentally got the wrong size. I was pretty disappointed at first, but we reached out to their customer service and they were amazing. This guy Jay was so helpful – he helped me pick out the right size and walked us through how to exchange it. And get this, I learned that the Men's Tall size is actually 3 inches longer than the Men's Regular size. Who would've thought? Plus, the best part is that the exchange shipping was totally free! How awesome is that? I'm just thrilled that I finally have the right size now.

    Item exchange due to size issue

    I just had to swap out something I bought at the store because it didn't fit right. There was this lady on the sales team, I think her name was Karen, and she was amazing in helping me out. She made sure to keep me updated via email on how things were going and made sure the new item got sent out quickly.     Refund issue with a women's heated vest

    I had a frustrating refund issue with Walmart, but ORORO's customer service really impressed me. When Walmart couldn't fix it, ORORO jumped in right away and took care of everything.     Battery warranty return

    Recent purchase of heated vests

    I just bought some heated vests from this company and let me tell you, I'm really happy with them. They heat up fast and you can throw them in the wash easily, which is super convenient.     Quilted vests for holiday gifts

    I gotta say, I got this awesome ORORO heated jacket for my birthday, and man was it amazing! Unfortunately, when it arrived, the storage bag was torn open and I lost the charger.     I just got this electric heated jacket from these guys and it was awesome. The jacket was top-notch and did everything they said it would. But, I did have some trouble with the size so I reached out to customer service. This dude named Aven totally saved the day and fixed my issue fast. He was super polite, quick with his replies, and seemed genuinely invested in making sure I was happy.
