Bay Model purchase
I got the Bay Model kayak a few months back and let me tell ya, I'm really happy with it. I was looking for something that could handle light rivers and track smoothly, and this kayak was just what I needed. It's lightweight, tough, and fits easily in my car. Other paddlers give me props for it all the time. The only hiccup I had was with the sleeves that close the kayak onto the tracks. The pull straps kept falling off, but Oru hooked me up with replacements for free and even tossed in some lube. Even though the new ones lost their pull straps too, it's not a big deal. Overall, I definitely recommend this kayak and the company that makes it.
Easy assembly, hassle-free kayaking
I never thought chilling by mountain lakes could be this simple! I had no idea what I was doing when it came to kayaking, so I was a little unsure about buying one. But this kayak was a piece of cake to put together, so we were out on the water from our campsite in no time. We got to enjoy the water without the headache of buying racks, loading the kayak on the car, or dealing with complicated set-ups. Plus, it's super light and easy to handle. Overall, it was a chill and hassle-free time.
Replacement cockpit rib
I got this new cockpit rib and it was way too thick. I needed longer spacers for the screws, but they didn't come with it or any explanation. I had some trouble putting everything together until I realized the issue was the screws getting stuck.

I had this really specific request when I ordered my kayak and I gotta say, I was seriously impressed with how the company took care of it. Two Kayaks
I just bought two kayaks and the customer service was amazing. They kept me updated on my order and the shipping to Vancouver, BC went perfectly. Both kayaks arrived in excellent condition. I highly recommend them.
