    Contacted customer service for stolen return packages

    Recently, I had a crazy situation where two packages I needed to return with Budbee got swiped right from my doorstep moments before the delivery driver showed up. I was freaking out, but I quickly contacted customer service for help. Luckily, I got connected with a really nice and understanding rep who went out of their way to help me out. They bent the rules a bit and helped me get the returns sorted despite the unlucky situation. I'm so thankful for their fast and effective assistance. Because of them, I was able to fix the problem and not have any extra stress.

    Lovely shopping experience

    My recent trip to this store was awesome! They had such nice clothes with really good quality materials. The staff there was super helpful and friendly, they were there when you needed them but didn't hover over you. The store was set up really well, everything was easy to find. I'll definitely be back for more shopping! They had tons of options for fancy events, like going to the races. I just love shopping in person, it's way better than online shopping sometimes.

    Leather shoes, surprise return

    I got these leather shoes thinking I could wear them in, but man, they just never felt right no matter how many times I tried. I was stressing they wouldn't take 'em back ‘cause they looked pretty worn, but they totally did! I usually only return things if they're, like, completely different from what I thought, so I'm super relieved they accepted them back.

    Overpriced return fees

    The return policy at this place is just ridiculous. They suddenly decided to start charging a whopping 4 euros for returns overnight. I only found out about it when I tried to return an item - talk about sneaky! So now, if you order something cheap, you end up spending a total of 10 euros for shipping and returns?! That's just crazy if you ask me. I also ordered a couple of items from another store, and they have the nerve to charge 5,99 euros for returns! And to make matters worse, the item I received from here had a faulty seam. So not only do I have to deal with their poor quality products, but now I have to pay to send them back? It's absolutely ridiculous. I reached out to customer service about the 4 euro return fee, and surprise, surprise - no response yet. It's a shame because I actually like the clothes here and appreciate the quality. But they really need to improve when it comes to providing accurate sizing information on their website. It's not that difficult - other online stores manage it just fine. And they need to make it crystal clear that they're charging 4 euros for returns!

    Cute shirt and sparkly hair clips

    I am so upset at the moment! I bought this really cute shirt and some sparkly hair clips, but the customer service was absolutely terrible. They were completely unhelpful and didn't even attempt to help me out. When I requested to speak to a manager, they just hung up on me. It was such a terrible experience.

    Cute tops and jeans

    I got these really cute tops and jeans from this store and I was just like OMG, they are so comfy and adorable! When I walked into the store, I was amazed at how stylish and high-quality the clothes were. The staff was super friendly and nice, totally different from the grumpy retail workers I'm used to. I seriously had the best time shopping there!

    Cashmere sweater purchase

    I've ordered from this website a few times before, and I've been let down by the quality and mix-up with return labels in the past. But this time, I've had it. I paid 199 euros for a cashmere blend sweater, but what I got was a similar one in style and color that I saw on the website for 99 euros - half the price! The tag on it said it was the one I ordered, but when I checked the label inside, there was no cashmere at all. Plus, the sweater they sent me was longer than I wanted, and they conveniently sent an XS instead of the size S I asked for (maybe to mix it up with the pricier one?). The customer service just told me to return it (at my own cost), and now I have to wait forever for a refund. They won't be getting my business again.

    So I ordered some clothes online, and when I tried to return them, they didn't give me my money back for one item! Seriously, that's not cool. Then I called customer service, and they blamed it on me, calling it a "risk purchase." Like, what does that even mean? They wouldn't even look at the picture I sent them of everything I returned! It's so annoying when companies don't treat their customers right, you know?

    Silk blouse and trousers

    As a customer of the store, I was really disappointed with my recent purchase of a silk blouse and trousers. The ordering part was fine, but the service was just not up to par. The prices were fair for what I got, but man, the delivery was a mess. They said it was delivered, but I still haven't seen my order. It's just frustrating to deal with a company that can't keep their word and give good customer service.

    Shoes return

    Man, I had the worst time trying to get my money back from this place after returning some shoes. I shipped them out on March 10th and had to keep calling to bug them about not getting my refund. Supposedly it only takes 14 days but it's been a whole month and still no sign of it. I am so done with this company, definitely not shopping here again.

    I normally don't write reviews, but I had to speak up about my recent experience with this store's return policy. It's just not cool to charge €4 for return shipping without giving customers a heads up. I get why some companies do it, but it's a turn-off for me. It made me rethink shopping there, and ultimately I decided to take my business elsewhere. There are plenty of other places to shop that don't play those games to keep customers from coming back.

    My recent shopping online totally sucked. I ordered a bunch of stuff and then got slammed with an extra delivery charge, even though I bought a ton of items. And then they told me they could only deliver to some pick-up spot, not my house. When I figured out the sizes were wrong and needed to send stuff back, I couldn't believe they wanted me to foot the bill for return shipping. No chance for an exchange or to just drop it off at the store. It was just all around a huge hassle and super annoying.

    Disappointing return process

    I was actually pretty surprised when I saw that I got hit with a 4€ charge for my return, coming out of my refund. I asked about it, and they said it was for the return costs and to help out the environment. It would have been nice if they had mentioned this charge earlier, instead of dropping it on me out of nowhere. There was nothing about it in the ordering process or on the delivery note when it came to "Refund and Return" instructions. I think it's pretty shady to not tell customers about stuff like that. Plus, they say you can't return online purchases in-store, which I guess is good for the environment. But the way things went down just left a bad taste in my mouth, and I won't be buying from them again.

    $100 sweater

    I spent a ton of money on this sweater, and it's already starting to look terrible after only a few times wearing it! I bought it in Utrecht, which is far from where I live, so I reached out to customer service looking for some help. Unfortunately, they weren't able to do anything about it. I won't be shopping at that store again!
