Best in City
Now a days customers have enough gels,oils and equipments to make their hair styles at home. Unfortunately everyone is not expert that much to serve herself as per choice.Not so easy , at all.
If we talk about today ,means in pandemic period ,hardly prefer to visit a public place where different customers use to visit due to Vivid fear factor.
Now things are coming back on track day by day and so public points too.I am in New York .I have already a customer of Ouidad since long months
Doesn't cost effective that much, but no better options are available in comparison of this saloon..Products ordered using international shipping
I ordered some stuff a while ago and I still haven't gotten it! They keep feeding me excuses about "IT issues" and "waiting for the carrier." It's really frustrating! I've tried getting help but no one is stepping up to fix the problem.
International order, delayed processing
I placed an order from overseas, but it took them 10 whole days to get it together. During that time, I stumbled upon another website that not only offers free shipping, but also sells the exact same stuff. So, I tried to cancel my original order by shooting them an email, but Ouidad straight up ignored me for 2 days. And when they finally got around to processing it, they had the nerve to tell me it couldn't be canceled. Seriously? This whole situation is just plain ridiculous!
Hair products
I just gotta say, I bought some hair products and man, was I let down by their customer service. I mean, there was a clear defect with the product, but instead of replacing it, they kinda just dodged me. The first bottle of that thin hair stuff was fine, aside from the smell, but the second bottle had a totally different formula. And to top it off, the climate gel I got was all leaked out when it arrived. It blows my mind that they even have a customer service team when they don't seem to care about helping folks or backing up the quality of their products.
Recent cancelled orders
I've been dealing with a bunch of canceled orders from this online store lately. I've tried reaching out to their customer service multiple times to try and fix things, but it's been super frustrating because they're not communicating or helping out at all. It's really disappointing, especially since their stuff is so pricey. And it didn't help when they suggested I just order from Amazon instead - like, really? As someone who shops online a lot, I think I deserve better service and communication when things go wrong like this.
