Personalized welcome mat
I ordered this really cool welcome mat with my name on it from this place, you know? But then they were like they couldn't find my name or email and tried to say I got scammed! I mean, seriously? I know exactly what I ordered and who I am. It wasn't cool of them to accuse me like that. But hey, I finally got my mat and it's so awesome. It looks amazing at my front door and all my friends are super jealous of it. So yeah, just a little issue with the ordering process, but overall I'm happy with my purchase.
Patio furniture purchase
The patio furniture I bought was a bit pricey, but the quality was top-notch. It got here super fast and the packaging was done really well, so everything arrived in perfect shape. I'm really impressed with how good the products are.
Solo Yukon fire pit
I got the Solo Yukon fire pit and saved my receipt for later. But the date on it was wrong, so now I don't know when my order is coming. I've been waiting for it and the company hasn't told me anything. It's making me not want to buy stuff online anymore, feels like I got tricked. This whole thing just shows how there should be better rules to prevent this kind of stuff.
Receiving damaged pieces
I recently bought some furniture from Outer, but unfortunately it showed up a whole month late and with two pieces messed up. I asked for replacements, but those came damaged too. It looks like the issue isn't from the shipping, but from a lack of quality control when they were being made. I noticed some broken welds, aluminum bent out of shape, and a crooked leg that seemed like it was reattached poorly. I shelled out $7k for this stuff, so I was really hoping for better quality. Now I'm just waiting on a third shipment, crossing my fingers that this time everything will finally be right. Overall, I'm pretty bummed out about this whole ordeal and I'd warn anyone thinking of buying from them to watch out for these problems.
Outdoor sectional couch purchase
I bought an outdoor sectional couch from this company, and it ended up being just okay. Even though I saw a lot of good reviews on the website, the product was only average in terms of comfort and quality. Honestly, I don't think it was worth the high price of over $6k. And to make matters worse, the customer service was seriously lacking. It was really hard to get ahold of them, especially as someone who had already bought from them. It seems like they only respond to emails, and even then, it took forever to get a response or sometimes I didn't get one at all. Looking back, I wish I had gone to a local patio store where the quality and service are more dependable. And when I tried to leave a review on their site, I couldn't find a way to do it, which makes me think they might be filtering out negative reviews.
Furniture order delay
I ordered some furniture from this company back in May, thinking it would ship out in June. But I kept getting emails saying it would ship in a week or two. The last message I got in late July said it would be shipping in a few days. It's been more than two weeks now, and I haven't heard anything new, even though I tried reaching out through email.
Patio furniture
I was just looking to get some new patio furniture so I decided to order from this company. But let me tell you, it was a total disaster! It took forever for my order to show up, and when it did, everything was in bad shape! There were cushions all over the place, I ended up with 11 extra ones that I didn't even want. Plus, they were all the wrong colors! I had to spend a ton of time talking to customer service and trying to fix everything. It was a huge mess and now I wish I had gone with a different company.
Overpriced, low-quality sofa
I just bought a fancy sofa from this company, and man, let me tell you, I'm super bummed about the quality. It gets dirty in a flash, and when it gets wet, it's like waiting for paint to dry. I shelled out a pretty penny for it, so you can imagine my disappointment. Feels like all I got was an expensive piece of furniture shipped straight from China. The materials are flimsy and totally not worth the price tag.
