For latest designs sofa
Finest options are available here for all category and all the of customers.I know this company since 2014 .Very professional people .If someone stuck at any point of confusion,they help to choose as per space and sizes of hall and rooms.
During this year last time I had replaced all the sofa and some furniture three years back.
Again I visited to replace the them with latest ones.
This time I liked Copper Grove 4 seater velvet recliner sofa in charcoal color.,two arms velvet fabrics .Reclining seats can be controlled by button This is only for two seats which are in. Center armless.
Color is fine as my hall color is mushroom white.
Also extended warranty for five years just by paying nominal amount for safety reason.Mirror purchase, shattered, disappointment
I just bought a mirror from Overstock for a little project I was working on. But when I opened up the box, I saw that the mirror was all smashed up. I reached out to customer service, but they couldn't help me out or replace the mirror. It was really annoying to drop $126 on something that came all busted.
Dog kennel purchase
I got this dog kennel for my pups, but it was a total disaster. It took so long for them to even schedule the delivery, and then they didn't even send me everything I ordered. Like, what's the point of ordering if they can't even get it right?! I ended up cancelling the order because I didn't want to deal with their mess. I'm definitely not shopping there again, ugh!
International shipping nightmare
I had this crazy experience with a purchase I made recently. It was supposed to be a simple international order, but it turned into a total nightmare. The company I bought from was using a third-party vendor for shipping, and they somehow managed to send my package to Central Africa instead of the US. And to make things worse, they won't give me a refund! I've been dealing with their excuses, delays, and terrible customer service for three days now. All I want is my money back at this point.
Cute shoes
I bought these really cute shoes from this place, but they just didn't fit right. I tried to return them, but oh my goodness, it was a total nightmare. I tried to reach out for weeks and couldn't get a hold of anyone. Finally when I did, it was too late. They wouldn't even let me exchange them and didn't offer any assistance. It's so annoying!
Stuff I bought
I went ahead and bought a few things, but then I didn't hear anything back from them. No emails, no reviews, absolutely nothing! Honestly, I feel like they're a bunch of sneaky folks who are only interested in taking my money and not delivering the goods. My recommendation? Steer clear.
Mattress pad
I recently got a mattress pad from this company and man, oh man, let me tell you - they sent me the wrong thing not once, but twice! I tried reaching out for help but it seriously took forever to hear back from them. Finally, after a ton of back and forth, I was able to talk to someone who actually helped me out and got me a refund for the mix-up.
It was such a bummer and so annoying to deal with such terrible customer service. The customer support via text was useless, it was like talking to a robot. And it seemed like the warehouse couldn't get their act together when it came to sending out the right orders.
After that whole mess, I said forget it and went with Walmart instead. They came through the next day and hooked me up with a cotton mattress pad that was top-notch. It felt like I was sleeping on a fluffy cloud and it was super waterproof.
Long story short, my experience with that company was a total nightmare and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. Save yourself the trouble and go with Walmart for sure.Christopher Knight Adirondack chairs and table
I recently bought two Christopher Knight Adirondack chairs and a table from Overstock, and let me tell you, I am super disappointed with how they turned out. Even though I put them together just like the instructions said, the furniture started to look old and discolored after only a few weeks. The colors were all faded and didn't match, making the furniture look ugly and cheap. I tried reaching out to Overstock's customer service about the problem, but I couldn't get a hold of anyone. And to make things worse, I had recommended these products to three of my friends, and they had the same issues with their chairs. It's really frustrating to see such poor quality and lack of care from a big-name retailer like Overstock.
King-sized quilt purchase
The king-sized quilt I bought from your store wasn't what I expected. It didn't fit my bed properly and the quality was really not great. When I tried to return it, I was surprised to see that they took out the cost of return shipping from my refund, as well as an extra $6 and some change. This whole thing has honestly made me really unhappy with both the product and the customer service.
Home furniture
I bought some furniture for my home from this company and man, let me tell you, I was super disappointed with how everything went down. First of all, their website is a hot mess when it comes to customer convenience. The default order details messed me up big time. I wanted to send something to my bud and then ordered stuff for myself, but it all got shipped to the wrong address and I couldn't do anything about it. I had to travel to another state just to pick up my order. On top of that, the furniture was crappy quality and started falling apart as I was putting it together. And to make matters worse, each item was shipped separately on different days, so it was a headache keeping track of everything. The whole process was a disaster and left me feeling frustrated and unsatisfied.
Club O membership and a product
I recently signed up for Club O and bought something from Overstock. They promised free returns with Club O, which was a big reason I joined. But when I got my order and it wasn't right, I tried to return it. Turns out, the free returns only work for some stuff, a detail they conveniently left out until after you buy. Plus, a bunch of things on the website are sold or shipped by other companies, making returns even more of a hassle. The unclear rules and complicated return process made me really annoyed and unhappy with my whole experience.
File cabinet purchase
Don't waste your cash on this file cabinet. It's a total mess - the drawers keep falling out and the whole thing is collapsing like it's made of tin foil. When I asked for a refund, they just laughed at me. Avoid dealing with these crooks at all costs.
Sheets and pillowcases
I recently ordered new sheets and pillowcases, but when they showed up, they weren't at all what I expected! They were super low quality and didn't even have the brand name on them. Then, when I tried to send them back, they charged me a ton for shipping! I was so annoyed and couldn't believe how uncooperative they were when I called to complain.
