    12 pound pull-out kitchen scale

    I had some trouble with my 12-pound pull-out kitchen scale that I've had for about 5 years. It was only showing a reading when I put 2 grams on it, even though it was supposed to go down to 1 gram. After I reached out, the customer service team asked me to send a picture of the date inside the battery panel. They were quick to respond and offered to send me a replacement scale. However, they suggested a 5-pound scale that measures in tenth grams, which wasn't what I was looking for. Luckily, I ended up getting a new version of the original 12-pound scale. When I let them know that it still had the same problem and mentioned the mix-up with the recommended scale, they promptly sent me the correct gram scale and told me to donate the extra one. The customer service level I experienced was really outstanding and went above and beyond my expectations.

    Cool kitchen gadgets

    I got some really neat kitchen gadgets from this company, and I was really looking forward to getting them. But when they showed up, I was surprised at how much plastic they used in their packaging! Every single thing was wrapped in plastic, and it's really not good for the environment. I hope they can figure out a more eco-friendly way to package their stuff. Figmint and other companies are way better at cutting down on plastic waste.

I had high hopes after seeing their marketing, but the product just can't seem to grind dark roast beans effectively. When I reached out to the company with my feedback, they only offered a discounted refund instead of actually fixing the issue in their marketing materials. It's frustrating to realize that I have to thoroughly clean the upper burr, lower burr, and discharge notch after every use just to grind dark roast beans properly with this grinder. They definitely didn't make this maintenance requirement clear in their marketing. Overall, it seems like this company cares more about making money than making their customers happy.

    10 Cup Coffee Maker

    I bought this coffee maker from OXO about five months ago. At first, I really liked how it looked and heard good things about OXO's products. But after only five months, it just stopped working out of the blue. I was really bummed, especially since it cost over $180. And of course, it had to break right after the return period was over. I was hoping for better from OXO, especially for something as simple as a coffee maker.

    OXO Tot Wipes Cases and Dispensers Travel Wipes Dispenser

    This product was such a waste of money, it's crazy. It couldn't even keep the wipes moist and instead actually made them dry out even quicker. So frustrating!     I ordered this shower caddy online and it was a disaster. They charged me immediately but the tracking number didn't show any progress for days. When I tried to get help, they just gave me the run-around and nobody could give me a clear answer. They said the item was lost and not available, and then didn't even bother to refund me. I had to open a complaint through PayPal just to get something done. Dealing with this company has been a nightmare!

    Cocktail shaker base issue

    I've bought stuff from this company in the past and it's always been good quality. But recently, the base of my cocktail shaker got all wonky and wobbly, and I was pretty bummed out with how the company dealt with it. Instead of just sending me a new base, they wanted me to ship the whole shaker back to them for an "investigation". Seemed like a huge hassle and waste of time to me.

    Kitchen storage containers

    I just bought some kitchen storage containers and was pretty bummed to see that they were made from number 7 plastic, which I try to steer clear of. When I tried to return them, it was a pain dealing with the company's return process. The confusing return policy, slow replies, and extra shipping costs really made me feel let down by the whole thing. In the end, I just decided to donate the containers instead of dealing with the hassle of trying to return them.
