I recently ordered some clothes from this store and I have to say, I was pretty bummed out. I got two shirts in a size Large, but they didn't look or feel like a large at all. They were super tight on me, so I had to pass them along to my little sister. The other two shirts I bought were oversized and fit great, but the whole sizing mix-up was pretty annoying. From now on, I'll probably just stick to ordering larger shirts to make sure they actually fit me right.
Awesome hoodie
I got this really awesome hoodie from there and it was amazing! But the best part was this super chill girl working there. She was the only one working and she was crazy busy but she didn't even get upset. She was like a rockstar, seriously.
Return experience
My experience trying to return an item was really frustrating. The return page on the website is so confusing and doesn't work right. I called customer service a bunch of times and no one ever got back to me. Not having clear info on how to return my stuff, especially about where to send it, is really annoying. In the end, trying to return that item was a total letdown and left me feeling cheated.
Super bogus clothes
Ugh, this store is terrible! They always try to fool you with fake sales, sell outdated and ugly items, and everything is so overpriced! I mean, who even shops here when you can find cuter clothes for much cheaper at places like Shein, right?
Blazers and jeans
So, I, like, got these really cute blazers and jeans for my BFF's birthday, you know? And I was gonna surprise her, but when the stuff arrived, only half of it was there! I was missing 2 blazers and 3 pairs of jeans. And their tracking online was no help at all - all it said was they were "working on it." So, I called them up and they were all like, "Yeah, we'll take care of it," but nothing changed. I had to keep calling and emailing, and after Christmas, they were only doing chats or emails, no more phone calls! And they made me tell them about the missing stuff AGAIN, which was, like, so annoying. They even suggested I file a police report. So not cool, man.
Large order with missing items
I just made a big order from this company and got two packages with some stuff missing - like eight items in total. I reached out to customer service, and they told me to email a lady named Jane with all the details about what's missing, like SKU numbers and prices. But when I got a response back on a Sunday, it wasn't great. They basically said I should file a police report because the weight of the packages matched what they sent. I'm super bummed and annoyed that they couldn't help me out better.
T-shirt for grandson
I bought a t-shirt for my grandson at that store back in August. But when we got it, it didn't fit him right. I tried to get in touch with customer service to figure out how to return it, but they only had a messaging system on their website. I tried a bunch of times, but they never got back to me. In the end, I had to just donate the shirt to Goodwill. I was really let down by their customer service, so I wouldn't recommend shopping there to anyone.
Online purchase, $10 return fee
I just bought something online from this company, and let me tell you, their return policy really bummed me out. They never mentioned that I'd have to fork over $10 just to send something back, and on top of that, they won't even let me exchange it for a different size. It's just not cool. Honestly, I feel like they totally pulled a fast one on me, so I won't be buying anything from them again.
Hoodie purchase
I bought this hoodie not too long ago, but it started pilling after I washed it just once. I wanted to return it, but the manager said they couldn't replace it without the tags. I think that rule is just silly and I was really let down by how the hoodie held up.
Clothes for Christmas gift
So, I got these clothes for Christmas, you know? But they didn't come on time, and it was super disappointing. I even paid extra for fast shipping and it still didn't arrive when it was supposed to. I tried to reach out to them, but they weren't getting back to me, which was really frustrating.
Essential shirts, sizing issue
I just bought 2 Essential shirts from this shop, and it was my first time trying out this brand. I was kind of bummed to find out that the sizes were way bigger than expected, and they ended up being too big for my friends who I got them for. What really got me was the store doesn't take returns or exchanges, not even store credits. So now I'm stuck with these shirts and not sure what to do with them. This policy really rubs me the wrong way and I won't be coming back here, or telling anyone else to.
Recent online purchase
I ordered some stuff online from this store and it didn't end up going well. When I first made my purchase, everything I wanted was supposedly in stock. But after waiting for three weeks, they told me none of it was available anymore. It was really annoying, especially since I was planning to give the items as a gift. It's pretty clear this company doesn't care much about keeping their customers happy or respecting their time. So, I definitely won't be buying from them again.
New clothes
Oh my gosh, I ordered a bunch of really adorable clothes from this place, but they totally messed up! The priciest stuff didn't even get shipped and then they sent me the wrong thing. I had to return the incorrect item and they made me pay for it. The missing items never showed up and I ended up losing $100! Stay away from this place, it's a complete mess.
