I bought some clothes from this store recently, and let me tell you, it was a total disaster. When I got my package, it was empty! I reached out to customer service right away, but they were not very professional or honest. Even though my order cost $360, they didn't declare the correct value on the shipment. That meant FedEx would only give me $100 back. I asked Palm Angels to make things right and compensate me for their mistake, but they wouldn't take responsibility. That's just not cool, especially coming from a so-called luxury brand.
Two hoodies
I bought two hoodies from this company not too long ago but had to send them back. They got the items back and confirmed it, but haven't given me my money back yet. I've tried getting in touch with their customer service team multiple times, but haven't heard anything back. It's been 22 days since I returned the items, and it's really frustrating not hearing anything from them. Their customer service is pretty bad - no phone number or live chat, just an email that never responds. I'm really disappointed with how they've handled this whole thing. I wouldn't recommend buying from them, especially since their prices are so high.
Christmas order, delayed shipment, no refund
This company totally dropped the ball on my order. I bought something a couple of weeks before Christmas and they promised it would get here in time, even though I paid extra for shipping. Well, it's now mid-January and I still haven't gotten my stuff or my money back. I've reached out to three different people through email, and they all said they'd look into it and get back to me, but nothing has happened. All I want at this point is my money back, but it feels like that's never gonna happen with this company.
Vacation shirt purchase
I just received my order from this place and let me tell you, it was a complete disaster. The shirt I got for my vacation arrived in a beat-up box, and guess what? No shirt inside! Can you believe that? It's just plain rude. Dealing with this company was a terrible experience, no way around it.
Big T-shirt, wrong size
I bought this awesome T-shirt for my son's Christmas gift, but when it showed up, it was huge! I sent it back, but they said there was a stain on it that I didn't see. So annoying! Now I had to get a smaller one, which cost even more. Not cool at all, man.
Hoodie and jogger set
I bought this really awesome hoodie and jogger set, but when it got here, my hoodie was nowhere to be found! It's so frustrating! Palm Angels promised to check into it, but never got back to me. I had to have my mom call my credit card company to fight the charge. Not cool, Palm Angels!
Two hoodies
I'm honestly really disappointed with my recent purchase from this company. I bought two super expensive hoodies, and they just did not meet my expectations at all. The fit was all wrong, the quality wasn't great, and overall it didn't live up to the luxury brand image they try to portray. And on top of that, trying to get a refund has been a nightmare - super long delays and wait times for responses. I value good customer service and quality products, and this company just didn't deliver. It's clear they need to step up their game when it comes to luxury shopping. I definitely wouldn't recommend shopping here to anyone looking for high-end products. Look elsewhere for better options.
my clothes
The stuff I got was alright, but where's the awesome packaging? I love when my clothes come with a little something extra, you know? And the fabric is way too see-through, which is not cool at all.
My new clothes
OMG, I am so excited about my new clothes! They are seriously the coolest - the design is so stylish and trendy. But you won't believe it, there was this tiny little hole in the sleeve when I got it! I was so disappointed, you know? I tried emailing them like four times, but they totally ignored me! I was thinking, what's up with that? I still want to keep my clothes, but I'm worried I won't get my money back if I return it. Ugh, this situation is such a downer. I definitely won't be buying from them again.
Hoody and t-shirt
So I ordered a hoody and a t-shirt, but when my box showed up, only the hoody was inside. The t-shirt was nowhere to be found! When I reached out to ask about it, they said it would take a whopping 20 days to investigate. By then, the t-shirt was already out of stock, so it looks like I'm out of luck. Can you believe that at any other fancy store, this kind of mix-up would never happen? Why in the world do they need to do some big investigation? If they don't give me my money back or my shirt, I'm gonna have to take some legal action! If this is how they're running their company, it's not worth being called luxury. Let's see how this all unfolds... I'll update my review once they give me the scoop. This whole thing is so unprofessional! Never had a problem like this before with any other brand, and this was my first time ordering from them. Makes me not want to shop with them again... what if something goes wrong next time?
Jacket purchase
I just bought this fancy jacket thinking I'd get something real nice for the big bucks I paid. But man, oh man, was I let down big time by the delivery process. I shelled out over $1000 only to get a box of trash delivered by the shipping company. I'm left with nothing but disappointment, no jacket, and no refund. The customer service folks keep saying they're looking into it, but I'm out of cash and faith in the brand. This whole ordeal has really turned me off to the company, I won't be coming back that's for sure.
