Monitor issue
So, my external monitor has been acting up for, like, a whole year. It keeps flickering on and off and driving me insane! Finally, today I decided to do something about it and gave customer support a call. I was thrilled when I got to chat with this guy named Vashish. He was seriously amazing! He didn't just fix my monitor issue, he actually walked me through the whole process and made sure I understood everything. It was like having a tech-savvy buddy on the other end of the line. I usually dread calling customer support because it's always a hassle, but Vashish was a breath of fresh air. I can't thank him enough for being so helpful and patient. If you ever get the chance to talk to him, you're in good hands, believe me!
M1 MacBook Pro Software
As a customer of Parallels, I gotta say I am super happy with the M1 MacBook Pro software that lets me easily run Windows 11 on my device. The performance is top-notch, so much so that I decided to splurge on the Pro license of Windows because I was so blown away by how well everything worked. It runs like a dream, surpassing some of those OEM PC machines. This software isn't just helping me troubleshoot and use PC-specific programs - it's also giving me the chance to get more comfortable with different systems all on one machine. I'm really happy with this product and want to give a shoutout to the team behind it for their great job.

Windows 11 Pro with TPM enabled is really user-friendly. I love that I can easily use my essential MS Power BI with ease while using Parallels. But when it comes to gaming, it's a bit of a struggle. Games like Minecraft Dungeons run smoothly, but most newer games lag too much to be enjoyable. Maybe they could make a Parallels version specifically for gaming performance? I'm happy with how it works for my work stuff, but it could definitely be better for gaming.
