Assortment of components
I just bought a bunch of different components from Parts Express, and I have to say, I'm really impressed with how good they are. It's not always easy to find these kinds of components online, especially at such good prices. Even with everything going on with the pandemic, Parts Express still managed to get the parts to Norway quickly. This allowed me to fix up my wife's grandparents' stereo system. The sound is amazing, all thanks to the components I got from Parts Express. I'm super happy with my experience and would definitely suggest Parts Express to anyone looking for quality audio components.

electronic components and connectors
My experience with Parts Express was great. I liked that they had a big selection of electronics and hook ups, which made it simple for me to get everything I needed for my project. Their website was easy to use, I could easily add items to my shopping cart and check out with no problems. What I loved the most was how fast my order arrived. I got everything just a few days after ordering, which was awesome. The service was dependable, I didn't have any issues at all.
Speaker components
I've been shopping at PE for years now, and I gotta say, their stuff is top-notch. Customer service has always been on point too. But, man, I ran into some problems lately when trying to pay with my credit card. Despite sticking with them for a decade, my card just wouldn't go through. I had to switch to Paypal as a last resort, and let me tell you, that hit my wallet pretty hard. Now, PE is starting to seem a bit pricier to me.
Missing parts
I just ordered some parts but when the package showed up, some stuff was missing. I let the company know and they said they'd fix it fast. But then there was a delay in shipping so I had to reach out again. Now it's going to be three weeks total before I get everything. Pretty frustrating to see them drop the ball on this, not great customer service. I'd suggest looking elsewhere for your parts next time.
Delayed order
I ordered some stuff from Parts Express and it took a whopping 2 months to get to me, which is totally not cool. I tried hitting up customer service a bunch of times and the last time I heard back was over a month ago. Their lack of communication and help was super annoying. And even though their website is easy to use and has a lot of stuff to choose from, the terrible service really ruined the whole thing. Do yourself a favor and just get their stuff from Amazon next time.
Various electronic parts
I'm so excited about the electronic parts I bought from this amazing website! I spent forever browsing through all the cool stuff they had, and I finally made a decision to get some for myself. When my package arrived, it felt like Christmas morning all over again. The parts were in perfect condition and you could just tell they were high-quality. I'm really looking forward to starting my new projects with them!
Audio equipment
The service at this store is so hit or miss. I've had a few orders where they either lose part of it or deliver it way late. Sometimes they send the missing items right away, but other times they never show up. And there are instances where the drivers just drop off the package without checking with me, signing for it themselves.
