Bought an eye shadow and mascara
Pat McGrath is a british make up brand and they really have some pretty great products to dig in. I mean I saw some awesome options for particular make up lines I was looking.
I loved their mascara products and some eye shadow. I was looking for some particular colors, didn't find on other websites, finally got on here. so bought.
So I was't really planning to buy more from them. but they have a good website to engage with, and there were some products took my attention.
I loved their lip gloss varieties, and matte lips, bought all the second time. The delivery was smooth both times. I got some pretty good offers too.Kohl eyeliner purchase
I bought some kohl eyeliner and I gotta say, I was super impressed with how quick and easy it was to order and get it delivered. Even though I'm over in the UK, I was expecting to pay a lot for shipping and have to wait forever for it to arrive from the US. But DHL came through and got it to me in just a few days, no extra charge. The company's customer service was top-notch and I was really happy with how smooth everything went. And the eyeliner itself is amazing quality - I'm over the moon with my purchase. I'll definitely be coming back for more.
Sale purchase
I saw there was a sale going on so I decided to place an order, even though I had seen some mixed reviews. But to my surprise, everything turned out great! I placed the order on a Wednesday night and it arrived at my door through DHL on Monday - just 5 days to ship to the UK. And the best part was, there were no customs fees like they said on the website. The items were all in perfect condition and packaged really well. I'll definitely be ordering from them again in the future.
Eyeshadow Palette Purchase
I just got this eyeshadow palette from a website and it's really good! The colors are amazing and the quality is top-notch. Besides loving the products, the free delivery was a nice touch. I got my order super fast, even though it came all the way from New York. The customer service was great, they answered all my questions quickly. Overall, I had a really positive experience and I'll definitely be buying from them again.
Lip kit purchase
I bought this lip kit from this place, and I was so disappointed when I got the wrong product. I contacted customer service to ask about the mistake, but they were so unhelpful. They had the nerve to blame me for their error, saying they were out of stock so they just sent me whatever they had. No heads up, no effort to fix things, just plain old negligence. It's really frustrating to be treated like this as a customer.
Bad experience online shopping
I've never had such a terrible time shopping online before! It's always the same thing - no delivery and no communication. I definitely wouldn't recommend buying anything from here!
Makeup palette purchase
I had a great experience from the minute I bought it to when it showed up super fast. Picking what I wanted was a breeze, and I liked that there were different ways to pay. The customer service folks were quick to answer my questions and gave me some good help along the way. The delivery was quick and the package was really secure.
Unsatisfactory purchase experience
Recently, I bought something and had it delivered to Canada as a special order. Unfortunately, one of the items I got wasn't good quality. When I reached out to customer service about it, they weren't very helpful because the return period had expired. Not only was the product faulty, but the customer service was lacking. The whole situation was just not acceptable.
Expensive makeup from a famous influencer
OMG, I can't believe I wasted my allowance on this makeup. It was supposed to be amazing, but it's totally not worth it. The lady who made it is supposed to be a makeup pro, but her brand doesn't even care about us European shoppers. There are so many awesome French makeup brands out there that are way better and more affordable.

I ordered something on the website back in November and it still hasn't arrived, even after reaching out to customer service several times. The tracking number they sent me is old and useless, and they don't even tell you which carrier is delivering your package. Now my order is lost, but they're still charging me. It's ridiculous that a high-end brand like this doesn't care about their customers at all! Honestly, I'd suggest saving your money and not ordering from them at all.
GWP charge
I was so surprised when I saw I was charged for a gift with purchase that I didn't even want. It got added to my cart without me knowing and I didn't see it until after I checked out. When I called customer service about it, they had the audacity to say it was my fault for not checking everything before buying. Excuse me, but shouldn't it be their job to make sure customers aren't charged for things they didn't choose? And to top it off, they wouldn't give me a refund and said I had to pay to ship back the product I never even wanted. It's just totally ridiculous.
Long-awaited order
This company is a complete mess. I ordered something and had to wait forever for it to even get shipped. The tracking number they gave me was totally bogus, which just made me super stressed out and annoyed. Their customer service team was no help at all, they were just as clueless as the rest of the company. It feels like they're trying their hardest to make sure customers have a horrible time. Definitely stay away from them!
Wasted time and money
I mean, can you believe it? How can a company not even know where the heck their own shipment is? I've been waiting for like a whole month now and still no sign of my order. And don't even get me started on their customer service - total joke. They couldn't even bother to reach out to the courier to see what the heck is going on. Ain't no way I'm ever ordering from them again.
Lipstick and blush purchase
I'm really upset about the service I got from this company. Some items were missing from my order, and even after trying to contact them several times, I never heard back. It's a real hassle because now the things I needed won't come in time for Christmas, even though I ordered them early. It's just not right to have such poor communication and customer service.
Quick Lip Gloss Purchase
I bought some lip gloss real quick and was hoping it would show up soon. But man, weeks went by and still no sign of my order. I tried hitting up the company for an update, but they didn't even bother to respond. It's just sad to see how badly they treat us customers, especially when one bad review can really hurt them these days. Just an awful experience all around.
Cosmetics
I recently bought some cosmetics from this company and let me tell you, it was not a great experience. I waited 13 days and my order still hadn't even been shipped. I was getting pretty annoyed, so I decided to reach out to them for an update. Can you believe they didn't even bother to respond? It was really disappointing how they just left me hanging like that. Finally, I got a notification about a refund, but they didn't even bother to explain what was going on. The whole thing was a huge waste of my time and it definitely left me feeling like they didn't care about me as a customer. I wouldn't suggest buying from this company if you want good communication and service.
