Seat covers and window/door covers
I just got some seat covers and window/door covers for my car, and I'm really excited about them! The back seat cover fits perfectly and does a great job of keeping my seat clean from all the mud and dog hair my furry friend brings in. The bucket seat cover for the front is also really nice, it's super soft and comfy. But the door covers aren't as awesome, the elastic broke pretty fast and the plastic bits are always falling off. Despite that, I'm still really happy with what I bought and the service was awesome too.
Two X-Large beds
I just bought two X-Large beds from this company, and I gotta say, I'm really not happy with the quality. After just a month of using them, the white cover inside started ripping and the black fur was shedding and falling apart. I followed all the washing instructions, but the beds still fell apart pretty quickly. And don't even get me started on their customer service - it was terrible. It took them forever to respond to my messages, and when they finally did, they were rude and not helpful at all. Honestly, I wouldn't recommend buying anything from this company.
Dog seat cover purchase
This company really dropped the ball with their customer service. I ordered a dog seat cover for my backseat, and when it finally showed up, it had a huge tear in it. It took forever to even get the item in the first place, and now it's been over a week of trying to get it sorted out with no luck. Nobody will return my calls or respond to my emails. It's super frustrating to be ignored like this, especially after spending my money on their product. Do yourself a favor and shop somewhere else to avoid the headache.
Pet bed
I recently bought a pet bed from this company and let me tell you, it was a total bust. The bed I got was clearly used and was missing the liner, which was a huge mistake on their end. When I tried to talk to them about getting a refund, the customer service I received was just plain bad. It took them forever to respond to my emails, and when they finally did, they didn't even address my concerns or give me a decent solution. On top of all that, they accidentally sent me two of the same orders and charged me for both. Altogether, dealing with this company was a nightmare. I highly recommend steering clear of them.
Large dog bed
I bought this big ol' dog bed and boy, was I bummed when the zipper went kaput after just one wash. I called up customer service and you know what? They flat out refused to send me a new bed. Man, that really ticks me off and makes me feel like I threw my money down the drain. No way I'm buying anything from these folks again.
Seat protector purchase
I decided to grab a seat protector for my car after getting one for Christmas and it seemed pretty nice, you know. So, I figured I'd grab another one for my other car. But man, it's been a whole month and I still haven't gotten that second seat cover. I reached out to customer service and they told me it was coming, but I haven't seen anything yet. It's a bummer, for sure.
Pet supplies
I gotta say, my experience as a customer at Paw was not great. I ordered a bunch of stuff, but only got one item while the rest were put on backorder without any heads up until I had to reach out. Their communication was seriously lacking. The only good thing was they did respond pretty quickly when I reached out to them. But here's the kicker - it seems they only show the positive reviews on their site. I left a few reviews with 1 to 3 stars, but none of them ever showed up. That seems pretty shady to me. And to top it off, the product I did get wasn't even good quality. It got torn up by a dog's toenail just 4 weeks after using it. Not exactly durable if you ask me. They did give me a refund for the items they didn't send, so that was good. But it doesn't make up for the lack of transparency and poor quality overall. I really hope they step up their game in the future.
Back seat cover
I ordered this seat cover for my dog and it seriously took forever to get here! I was super annoyed, but then I reached out to the chat support and they told me it was on its way, so I just had to be patient (ugh). When it finally arrived, I was pleasantly surprised! My dog has been trying so hard to destroy it, but it's still holding up after a month. I hope I don't have to wait as long next time, but overall, I'm pleased with the product!
Expensive dog bed purchase
I've been trying to get a hold of customer service for a few days now just to get some info before I buy. I had my eye on one of their fancy dog beds, but couldn't even get through to leave a message 'cause nobody picked up the phone. Every time I called, all I got was that "who let the dogs out" song playing on repeat, and after waiting for 6 minutes, I just threw in the towel. Their customer service was lacking big time, and since they didn't bother to respond to my questions, I decided to take my business elsewhere. Good customer service is important to me, and sadly, this company didn't deliver.
Large dog bed purchase
I recently got this big ol' dog bed from the company, and at first, I was happy with how comfy it was for my furry buddy. But after just a few months, I noticed the cover started falling apart at the seams. I know normal wear and tear happens, but this seemed more like a quality problem. I was pretty bummed about it, so I contacted the company and sent them pictures of the issue. Their response was kinda meh, like they knew their stuff wasn't great but didn't care to fix it. That lack of caring really disappointed me, so now I'm warning others not to make the same mistake.
Bed purchase for dogs
I'm really bummed that I bought that dog bed because it's super low quality. I have four dogs and none of them will even touch it because the plastic cover is so noisy. I should've looked into it more before I bought it. And to top it off, when I tried to return or exchange it, the company was zero help. I'm really let down by this purchase and I wouldn't suggest it to anyone.
Canvas dog crate purchase
I just got this canvas dog crate that's supposed to be a carrier for my little Parsons Jack Terrier puppy. I was super pumped about it at first because it seemed like the perfect solution for our long trips. But when it showed up, I found out that the sizing options were totally off. I thought I picked the right size, but it was way too small for my pup who's still growing. We tried it out on a short trip and my dog got super sick and freaked out. Plus, the crate wasn't even that sturdy - a piece of the wiring broke off and actually cut my husband's finger.
